i can sign into my e mail account but any chosen email won’t open. anybody know why

I had been on Vacation having a great time to come home and find out that my email has been hacked and I have no access to it whatsoever.  I have tried to validate it so many times and now they want me to just open a new account well that doesn't solve my problem at all.  What are the chances that this email will be hacked as soon as I have added a few really important emails.  I NEED the emails on my old account and It is ridiculous that no matter how full I make the validation it simply wont verify obviously something is wrong and I NEED help there are so many things I have in that email please help me get back in so that I can transfer the things I need.  Please, please, please I am so lost at this point.

I am getting a little frustrated.  I have tried everything that you are suggesting, to clear the cache have done it multiple times.  I am thinking that it is an Outlook problem, not our individual PC's.  When I go to the People category, there is nothing, nothing when I click on "To:" when writing a new email.  So....I am hoping that someone can get this resolved for all of us.  There are no errors coming up, there are just no contacts listed.

Is there really no way to recover your account after microsoft says someone tried to hack it?

My mom's been locked out of her hotmail account that she has been using for forever after being told that someone has been trying to hack into her account.  She is not too computer savy so I have been trying to help her to recover it. We've tried all the routine online avenues and even called microsoft which stated they would start a case and get back to us in 24hrs, a time frame that was never kept but when they eventually answered we were sent here, to read.  Isn't there a way that she can actually get someone in the microsoft tean to help her get her account back instead of sending us around in circles?  She really would prefer not to loose the account since it has all her important school docs and graduation pictures saved in it.

Ever since Microsoft changed my email account to Outlook, I have now got a big virus and cannot rid of it. WHY!!!!

Recently I bought my Windows 8 Phone. After Created a new live.com account, I cannot tranfer my contacts/people to my live.com from my hotmail.com account. My Win 8 phone is signed up my with new live.com that I created yesterday.

 

How to Sync/transfer/copy all my contacts from Hotmail.com to Live.com..?

 

 

If I go to live.com from my computer and click on 'People'. Only a circle / loading rolls there.... never shows any contacts.

Hi, I tried to log into my second email account to find out that it wasn't working. I only have one email under it which is the one i was trying to logg into, the password hasn't been changed as well. My instagram, facebook and twitter is under that account and I have alot of friends/followers. The phone number I have gave to the account no longer exists as I have a new and never got around to updating it. I wasn't informed that outlook was updated so What can I do? Help please :(?
