When I try to delete my hotmail it says I need to cancel any payments with this account, but I don't pay with it, what should I do?

I have internet explorer 8 and Windows XP. I have used hotmail for several years with Bell Sympatico and recently Bell converted all hotmail accounts to Outlook. Yesterday someone sent me a meeting invitation via Outlook 2010 from a corporate server (not a Sympatico account) and I received the cover email message but not the calendar invitation. Bell tells me that they cannot support this question, as it is a matter for Microsoft. As an aside, I sent myself a test meeting invitation via Outlook using another Sympatico account and it worked fine. Would appreciate some guidance as to how to receive calendar invitations from other parties (I had no problem receiving calendar invititions from the same friend before my email account was converted from hotmail).

Thanks,

When I go to Manage Versions of an Excel sheet, I get a message that it was not possible to open the file on the web (it's a protected sheet) and I'm given two options. Edit in Excel or Cancel.

Whatever option I chose, I'm not able to keep on that page with the previous versions because the page is redirected back to the previous page, so I can't select the version that I want to download.

Is there any other way to get access to previous versions?

i cant get into my hotmail account, i have to get there because i use it for facebook and someone changed my password there ,i need my reset link, but i havent used my hotmail account for a while so i dont remember anything about it how just my account name and old password,  how can i get into it ?
I am trying to add the insightly app to my outlook.com address. But am getting the message that it is a "Restricted Install. E-mail your administrator to install." (see link below)

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/store/insightly-WA104058309.aspx?redir=0&fromAR=1

Given that I set up the custom domain email address, I figure I am the administrator and therefore should be able to give myself permission to download this add-on. However, I cannot work out how to do this. Would love some help please!
Can't send emails to people I work for.  Been sending them reports for the past year but the last 4 emails I sent to the got an error message.  All their emails end in unitcorp.com.  Need help ASAP.  Don't want to lose my job because of hotmail.
I have just tried to open outlook 2013 but I got the the following message:
C: Users/XXXX/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Outlook/Outlook.pst cannot be found.

I havent deleted any files from my PC.

I have about 7 email addresses attached to Outlook but its my main email address this is referring to and I seemed to have lost all my personal folders.

can anyone advise how I can get these files back if at all.

thanks
Outlook really needs to change this feature. Because I have had to change my password multiple times, and I can't use a previous password, I often type in the incorrect password. This causes Outlook to think that someone who is not me is trying to get into my account, which forces me to change my password again. Apparently I don't have the best memory when it comes to passwords. I have a couple passwords that I use for everything else, why can't I use the password I want? I understand that Microsoft cares about account safety, but it is MY account. I should be able to use whatever password I want, regardless of whether Microsoft considers it "safe" or if I've used it before. I have been using Hotmail since the 1990s. However, if this feature is not changed, or if my previous passwords aren't reset so that I can use the password I want, I will be deleting my Outlook account and switching to another email service that actual cares about it's users.
Until today I had 3 linked accounts which could all be viewed at once in separate tabs. Today the linking was disabled, as we had been told would happen. However when I open a second tab and try to log in to a second account it simply logs me into the same account I already have open. I expect to see a log-in page for a new account, just as happened before the accounts were linked. One account is permanently linked to my work program and requires uninterrupted access while the others are personal accounts for other family members. I do not want to have to close one account before I can open another, this is unacceptable.
