If I then go to that account, click details, and then edit and then save then it says "We're sorry, but there was a problem creating your account. We've tried to save your settings,
but if you can't see your account on the set-up page, you may need to choose "Add an email account" and start over". The account is still on the set-up page and the emails have been received. But then i have to do this again rather than automatically get them.
Yesterday Outlook .com stopped receiving ntlworld emails (which it had been fine with). I can 'force' it to get the emails by going to "Your email accounts" where it says There was a problem getting messages from your
other accounts.
I can't quite understand why this is not enabled by default? Reading these forums you'd save a lot of hassle.

In my Hotmail account, I clicked the link which appeared to be from a friend. The next day, I could not get into my account. Customer Service told me to do password reset. It did not work (including "email me a reset link" and security question"). I also
completed the extended questionnaire that comes up when you click "I can't use any of these options". Nothing is working. I was not sent a password reset or even a response after I filled out the extended questionnaire. The last thing Customer service told

since Microsoft has made changes I cant seem to find or I am not able to forward messages
I have a Hotmail account with 4 other addresses linked to them, which I could access from my primary account by clicking on my name in the top right hand corner of my mail in page, now all of these linked addresses have disappeared, how do I get them back
I want to retire my primary msn.com address and create a new outlook.com primary address. Eventually the msn.com will be shut down. Should I simply create the new address and add the address i want to eliminate as an alias for now? Should I change the 'respond to' option in msn.com to the new outlook address so that any emails people are responding to show up in the new email address?
I was thinking about forwarding emails from the msn.com address to the new address, but this would send junk mail too I think.
I do not wish to rename considering the problems with losing emails, so I'm thinking creating the new address is the way to go.
What do you think?
windows 8 sux dude, why can I have my yahoo account back into this new computer, u keep saying to contact yahoo, but the problem is to sign into my pc with my yahoo account, I don't think that u understand the situation, I closed my account from my pc on accident now I am trying to put it back in my setting, but is NOT letting me, it gives me a message saying the account is unavailable, I know it is because I deleted it from my pc, but if I go to yahoo website it is still my account, so the problem is with Microsoft, I am soooo sick that I cant get no help with this, can a real professional help me with this?
I also can NOT see my old messages from before I bought this computer, it is so stupidly complicated, also I my mails or pictures are NOT being sent, with through the Microsoft setting in this computer.
