When I click on Security Info from the settings in outlook.com, it tells me to log in from the device that I am already logged in on. I am stuck, How does this get fixed. If I click I no longer have access to this PC, which is not true since it is the

I can no longer log into my ISP's mail without logging out of my Hotmail account because they use Outlook for their mail client. I used to be able to swap between them with great ease. Why was this feature removed? It makes little sense.

I can't access my mom's account every time she or i try to log in that message appears and then the next page asks How do you want to receive your security code? and there's only 2 options and one is for it to be sent to my email but the problem is my email is spelled incorrectly at the end it says @hotmai.com when it should be @hotmail.com. And me and my mother have sent the account verification form many times
only to have it fail. Is there any way to access my mom's account?
This problem is happening with all browsers. Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari so this is clearly a policy problem not a user problem.
This was at first the only work around from a year ago.

Please update/complete your profile information to resolve your issue. To do this, please refer to the steps below:
1. Sign in to https://account.live.com
2. Under Account Information, update/complete all information
3. Click Save
Please make it sure that profile in https://account.live.com matches all profile info in https://profile.live.com.
Strangely enough this worked. I was finally able to get into one of my accounts temporarily I'm sure. Your verification system to recover my accounts are down and has been for well over a month. Never mind the fact your system has stopped recognizing secret

I have an HTML file on SkyDrive that I want to display in an Iframe on other websites. This would allow me to update the file on my local PC, SkyDrive for PC would update the web version automatically and users can see the updated content.
I used the SkyDrive web site to create the code to embed my HTML file and pasted it into the page where I want to display the HTML file. However, instead of displaying the contents of the file in the Iframe, it puts an icon and the name of the HTML file in the Iframe. I have to first click on the icon and then choose "download" on the page that is displayed in order for my HTML file contents to be displayed.
How can I create a link that will display the HTML file contents instead of displaying a link to the file on SkyDrive?

Hello there im posting this cause my xbox account under the gamer tag (removed for security purposes)

The fact that the email address listed in the email is not mine makes me suspicious that someone has hacked into the account of that email address. I have already asked for help from the Live chat advisor but they couldn't help and suggested I try here. I have changed my own password and don't know if I need to do anything else.
Any ideas of what's going on will be very much appreciated.
