On July 25, 2013, all the existing emails in my inbox disappeared. A message saying how clean my inbox was appeared there instead. Can anyone help me get all those emails back in my inbox?
I am also continually, multiple times a day, getting a message that says "We cannot connect to Outlook right now. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again later."
The connection to the internet is active, so I don't understand why I keep getting that message, either.

Age verification for live account will not work
This afternoon I experienced the same problem on my iPhone 4S and iPad 2. I tried deleting my hotmail accounts from both devices and reinstalled them, but still have the same problem. I can receive emails but can't sent them. I went to the Apple store
and they say it's a hotmail/outlook issue. How do I fix this'?
Emails which were sent to me on Monday evening/Tuesday morning have just arrived in my inbox today (Friday).
Why would this happen & how do I prevent it happening again?
My email situation seems a little different. Chronologically I can scroll back through my Inbox by month, at least until the beginning of 2013. However, within those months some emails are missing. It seems like arbitrary deleting. Problem is, I'm not
doing the deleting.. What's up?
She was hacked yesterday. As far as passwords go, she was reasonably secure (Nothing generic, no names, related places, etc) and our home PC is definitely virus free, so we're not sure where the root of the problem lies. Unfortunately the account was created
over 10 years ago so a lot of the details (such as her annoyingly vague secret question) are lost in the mists of time. Despite filling in relevant details such as recent e-mail topics (such as ones sent to me) we can't seem to recover the e-mail account.
Are there any relevant links where we can find a solution to this issue rather than the automated form repeatedly telling us we can't recover her e-mail address which we're having no luck with?
If it's any use, I've been aiding her in her struggle to reclaim her account but I'm quite stumped (And a Microsoft certified enterprise administrator, so I thought I would at least be able to get *somewhere* for her, but alas no luck)

how can i retrieve my deleted account and contents . im not sure if it was deleted it says log in invalid the email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
