Cannot delete file from Skydrive

Win8.1 preview x86:

I have some stubborn files on Skydrive that cannot be deleted. Something similar to this thread.

These files cannot be deleted in the "modern" app:  no any error message, the file just stays there.

In Windows explorer: when I delete without recycle bin (shift+del), again the file stays there and no error messages.

When deleting to recycle bin: the file moves to the recycle bin, but then cannot be purged from there.


All this after installing the recent "Update that improves the stability of SkyDrive in Windows 8.1 preview"...

I made some typo when I requested domain registration from Live Central Admin in order to create outlook custom domain.

Could you please approve the change from oktav.is-a-doctor.com to octav.is-a-doctor.com ?

My password is not being accepted and account is blocked. I no longer have the alternate email address associated with this account.  How do I reset my password?  I filled out the profile form to the best of my knowledge,  it is saying cannot verify.  Now what do I do to get in this account.  All my medical

sites use this address.

I haven't used the account for a few years and now can't remember the password, I have tried to fill out the security question but it's saying that it's wrong. I have also tried using the questionnaire but cannot answer many of the questions as it has been such a long time since I used this account. I now need to access this account how can I do so?

Hello,

I think my account has been hacked so I wish to obtain IP log history. I have already changed my password. 

Suddenly my skydrive on my desktop and laptop are no longer in sync, what do I need to do to fix this?

I have a HP desktop using Windows 7 and Asus laptop using Windows 8, both on the same Microsoft account.  They were working just fine until a few weeks ago when I was primarily using the laptop.  When I returned to the desktop the changed files only showed the old version. 

 

Other than possibly adding a new folder, I have not done anything different.  I routinely save files that I expect to use on both computers to the SkyDrive.

 

I did not install the SkyDrive, it had been on my desktop for sometime.  When I purchased the Asus recently with Windows 8, I now had 2 computers and found it tremendously helpful to be able to work on files on both computes.  This worked fine until several weeks ago.  I use Outlook on both computers.

 

I am not sure which version is on either computer.

Unable to access my Girlfirends Account

Can someone help urgently?

 

My girlfriends Hotmail account has been hacked and I have tried so many attempts of trying to recover the account but have had no luck.  I have submitted numerous forms in an attempt to regain access but I keep getting reply's saying that I have not provided enough information, but I have supplied as much information as is humanly possible.  She has some very important E-Mail due through to her in the next few days so it is vitally important to get this rectified.

 

I hope some one can help

how can I protect individual messages from being deleted?

I usually clean up my inbox by searching for messages from individual addresses (a vendor or company), selecting all, then removing important ones, then deleting the rest.  This method pulls messages from all folders including archive.  Can I protect individual messages from deletion?
