As per your Oct 18 response to this question (quoted below), I am reporting the same issue.

FYI sympatico.ca (Bell Canada's internet provider) is accessed through outlook.com
I go to attach a file/photo to an email and I get the message "internet explorer has stopped working. windows will close the program." In the past I was able to send emails with attachments, but recently I cannot.

Was wonder if I could get some help with this concern, I have suddenly stopped receiving emails and wondering what the problem was. I have done many of the things that were recommended with no luck.
Security, cleaning up old emails, signing off and signing back on, checking allowed and block lists, etc.
Any help would be great, been using this email for a long time, definitely don't want to lose it.

Like before, you've solved one issue that I had only to create another one.
You've fixed my original issue (see bellow), and now I can create an account for the domain - happyworkplace-international.com. But the new issue is that I cannot prove ownership of the domain, even though I set
the MX records as requested. You can see in the attached screenshot that the domain's DNS (mx record) is set correctly, but more than 3 days have passed and still the account is not recognizing the DNS and still the ownership of the domain cannot be confirmed, and the email account cannot be created! Please this is very important that you help me solve the issue. A quick answer would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Have not received any email on our 2 Outlook accounts since Wednesday evening. Nothing in inbox; nothing in junk mail folder. Some mail goes out. Some does not. Have checked using multiple browsers on different computers/devices/browsers.
Windows and Outlook are up to date.
Am using Google Chrome and have cleared data on the browser.
Inbox full should not be an issue. Can't get the left gear wheel tp pop up to mange folders and see storage total as posted on one troubleshooting answer.
We have made no changes to any Outlook or firewall settings.
Have tried to set up forward email to a second account. Outlook recognizes the setting but no email is forwarded.
Sent myself an email to my Outlook account from my Outlook account. Outlook does not show and is not forwarded to second account.
Windows 7 (up to date) and Google Chrome Version 30.0.1599.101 m
What to do now?
My dad forgot his password and his security question's answer. His email has been in active from april the reason he made this account was for my windows phone "My Family Settings" Any solutions?

I have noticed in the last couple of days that when I open my email account, the address bar shows a different address than it previously did. It makes no difference to accessibility, but why has this happened? (Hotmail account in Outlook)
