How do I send my log files to you so you can help me identify the 7 files which are causing this behavior?

Like others who have posted, I am also having a persistent issue where SkyDrive for Mac attempts to download 7 files - whose filenames are a mystery to me. I've uninstalled the app, manually removed all hidden files, paths, etc. according to forums, but
no change.
I'm Trying to sign into my hotmail but when i try in my email and password this comes up That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account.
How can i get my account back? because i'm really stuck and i really need to verify something important in my account.

don't remember that many details. The form is returned to me with insufficient information. I would like to just close the account completely and not have the hacker use my identity and emails etc. Please help!

2 days ago I stopped receiving my pop 3 emails in outlook. When I went to edit my account I put in the correct password smtp server name and port and saved. but it keeps defaulting to wrong information. How can I fix?
During the last 2 weeks, on 3 occasions, including at present, I have been unable to access my eMails. When I access Internet Explorer, my computer defaults to the hotmail address, the list of eMails appears on screen, but when I click on "unread" items (the ones in bold type) nothing happens. Initially, I 'phoned my ISP (Telstra BigPond) who quickly fixed the problem. However, after 3 days or so, the problem returned. I 'phoned the ISP again 2 days ago, and was then told to 'phone 132058 (the Microsoft customer service & support centre). Initially, access was again avaliable, but only briefly. This morning, Microsoft tell me to contact Big Pond, and Big Pond tell me to contact Microsoft. NOT good enough!!
It has been suggested that I somehow have a "blocked free eMail account". How?? Why?? This problem of not being able to access eMails has only happened since I was recently forced to move to a new residential/service address.
It seems pointless for Microsoft to continue to send me eMails (3 so far) which I can't access because of the problem, whatever it may be, without at least 'phoning me first, on ***** . There is a messagebank service for when I'm not at home.
Kindly FIX the problem urgently, and 'phone me accordingly !!!

I have been using the same Hotmail account for several years and have never had a problem opening or downloading documents. It seemed to start right after Hotmail switched to Outlook but I'm not sure. I cannot open, download, nor save any Word or PDF documents from my email account! When I try to open a document it starts doing something (not sure because it is different than when it worked) but then a totally blank box opens up and that is only after trying to open it several times. There is no error message or any other communication. At first I could open Word documents but not PDF documents. Now I cannot open either. I can still open some pictures but not all.
I have a Vista OS, MS Office 2010, and I have reloaded the most recent PDF reader several times. Nothing seems to work. I really need to receive documents from email! Can anyone help?

I have tried several times to delete the POP folder. It continues to come back and takes some of the new and flagged emails that are in the Inbox. After 2-3 times of opening outlook, the POP folder comes back. It is annoying. I want it gone.
I set up my windows 8 with my gmail account and now I can't verify my email. Please help me figure out how to change this as I have been spending hours trying to fiure it out. Thank u
