Hello,

We are getting error while creating email for Domain.

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language: ovalininternational.com

Our website is product based. i.e. garments, jewelry, handicraft

Please help us to solve the issue .

I will personally take care of this issue about not being able to register your domain.

 

I escalated this issue to our support specialist to be further investigated.

 

Please continue checking back for updates.

 

Also, try to register that domain after 24 to 48 hrs. and check if it will work.

This morning I was able to resize my photos when importing. This afternoon the option to resize photos is gone. How can I get the option to resize photos back?

Phone not syncing current messages

My hotmail account hasn't synced to my nokia 710 since Sunday.  I've deleted the account and reloaded it but it still only shows messages as of Sunday.  I am able to currently send messages, just can't receive any.  What can I do to resolve this?

Can’t see ‘reduce file size’ option at top of upload box – hidden by top of screen and can’t scroll down.

Without being able to check the box my photo files are going in to Skydrive too large.  change in zoom, reboot, different photo files do not help.  Please advise.

Microsoft Account has been blocked

We are trying to unlock/recover access to a live.com email address.  We filled in as much information as possible via https://account.live.com/acsr but a notice was sent saying that there was not enough information.  We researched further and tried to fill in as much detail as possible but now get an immediate response saying 'final update' and that a new account must be created?

I really need help recovering this account!!  We did nothing wrong and everything we do online is done with it.  I have seen that others have had similar trouble and hope that someone can help.

Run SkyDrive as a service on Windows 8

I want to run SkyDrive as a service on Windows 8 so that I don't need to be logged into a specific user account for syncing to work.

I've tried using SC.exe but the service I created "times out" when I start it.

Is this possible? Can anyone provide some tips?

Hotmail Account Still Sending Spam after Multiple Password & Securty Setting Changes

My Hotmail account is still sending spam even after I have changed the password and completely changed all security settings.  The spam does not show up in my sent file.  What else can I do to stop this from happening?

I'm almost ready to dump this windows 8 system. If I don't find a resolution to my problem in the next day or two I will return this new computer and order another with windows 7. My problem is as follows:

 

I created a new account in Microsoft, live mail and outlook. the problem I'm having is I cannot transfer my contacts into any of these mail systems.

I have created a .CSV file of all my old contacts and followed all the instructions such as "log in to people.live.com, click import from the file button, and select from a CSV file." The problem is I cannot for the life of me find the FILE BUTTON so I can click import. Can someone please help me.
