When I attempt to read Microsoft mail, I am prompted to enter a password for my SBCGLOBAL account. ( I loaded this as a Microsoft account before Outlook came along). When I do so, the system tells me that is the wrong password. Eventually it sends me off to another page where I can only log in using my Outlook account.
I try to correct this (delete or add or change the SBCGLOBAL account in my account aliases but it is not listed there as an alias. And, I cannot add it as an alias.
When I try to add the SBCGLOBAL account as an alias, Micorsoft tells me the account already exists--I know since it is mine.
Do I just need to close my Microsoft account and start over?
I run a B&B in the Isle of Wight. We have a problem when we try and send responses to enquirers from guests. If they have a hotmail account then they often do not get our reply. The company who hosts our web page and e-mail tell me the mail is being forward correctly, that is there is no rejection message or any kind.
Where do we go from here!?

Nothing is going out of my Hotmail/outlook account, even questions about how to solve this problem. Is anybody out there? Help!
Frustrated
Can anyone say, why is there an bunch of Groove files, including a Groove.exe installed when SkyDrive Pro is installed? Is that a legitimate file or virus?? I recently reinstalled my SkyDrive Pro using the link provided at the Office 365 SharePoint link. I noticed thereafter that PowerPoint wouldn't open files from my Sync folder or from my SkyDrive Pro site.
In searching the hidden folders, I noticed these "Groove" files along with a Groove.exe shown in the notification area of my Windows Taskbar.
Of course I deleted all the Groove files I could find and uninstalled the SkyDrive Pro. This seems very suspicious to me. Why would SkyDrive use files or exe named "Groove"
Any guidance greatly appreciated!!
