I haven't been able to receive any emails (including junk emails) from my hotmail account. I tried on my phone, my Microsoft Office outlook and online through the outlook site now being used by hotmail. Nothing is working. I checked, junk mail settings,
blocked senders, forwarding settings...nothing works. Help!

must provide the system with verification. I cannot even access my security question and the email that sends the code to I don't recognize it since it is so old and i have never had any problems with. Now I'm trying to access it by doing the questionnaire
but it is not working Microsoft tells me it is unfortunate, but i really need help. I would really appreciate it if i can get any type of help to access this once again. ,

Hi, I am trying to access my Microsoft account, but when I put in the 4-digit code that was sent to me it doesn't work. It doesn't display any error messages or any message at all, it just takes me back to the same screen that requests where I want a code
sent. I have sent myself multiple codes (to my phone and other email) and none have worked. It just erases the code and takes me back to the previous page. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I did register an account on live.com (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and forgot its passwrd. Tried no. of times through"can't access my password" and providing available information to help retrieving that, however due to insufficient information further steps could not be processed.
All attempts to retrieve the passwrod to this accpunt have failed and as a result cannot use Nokia music apps since this mail id of mine is registered on Nokia Music store. Please suggest / guide to provide resolution of the same so that I can start accessing Nokia Music. FYI, I have also tried registering with alternate mail id however that does not work out.
Please advise.
