My outlook email is synced to my windows 8 phone. It worked fine for a few weeks, then since yesterday, it no longer updates my new emails. I already tried deleting the account and setting up a new one and it worked for the first new email I got, then
stopped working again. I also tried deleting emails and resetting to fewer days storage, but that didn't work either. I can still see the old emails but it doesn't update new ones. The error message I get is: "We're having a problem syncing your information.
Try again later."
I also downloaded an overdrive ap and an audiobook. Would this have caused the problem?
Two of my kids have android phones and when try to setup try their outlook accounts using the outlook.com app from google play store to the phones so they can get their email, calendar and contacts, I get this message
We are unable to sign you in
Sorry, you must be an adult to do this
I have not been able to figure out where I need to go and make the changes to allow this.

My SkyDrive will not upload anything. I have three days worth of documents in there that I cannot access from any other computer than the one the work was done on. I have logged it out, logged back in, restarted the computer and nothing... please help.

So my email was hacked, so now I can't log in on my Windows Phone or my computer without being told to submit a recovery form. Which I keep submitting but it keeps getting declined.
The questions are ridiculous. I don't email enough to remember what subjects I put, and does anybody in this day and age remember email addresses to people they're sending it to?
Frustrated and just want to be able to log back in.
Does anyone have the right to force people to change their passwords? I don't think so. That's like my bank trying to force me to change my PIN number every so often whenever I try to access money from a bank account. I had the same PIN number for about
20 years and I'm so glad my bank never forced me to do that as nobody has the right to force anybody to do anything they don't want to do, so I would sincerely appreciated if microsoft would please stop trying to make it harder for me to access my hotmail

Changing passwords is easy, but now they want a security code. Give people some credit for having some intelligence.
