Lost Hotmail folders

Since moving from Hotmail I`ve noticed that a few of my email folders are missing.  Someone told me a couple of months ago that they should follow on at some stage.  I`m not too sure about that at all and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and if so did you get them?
Help is much appreciated because there is some very important information in some of these.     

Windows Live stopped working on all but my Windows Live Mail PC client

I'm running Windows 7 and have a Windows 8 phone.  Both were working correctly with my Windows Live ID.  I purchased an Xbox Music Pass, and it asked me to install Windows Authenticator app on my phone.  After that, my Windows Live ID/password combo no longer worked anywhere.  From my PC, I reset the password.  That new password now works on my PC Windows Live Mail client, but nowhere else.  I cannot access my email from my phone.  It says the account/password combo are invalid.  I cannot access my just purchased Xbox Music Pass via the PC or via my phone.

 

A) Why was my password changed as part of purchasing and setting up Xbox Music Pass?

 

B) After resetting my password, why does it only work on the Windows Live Mail client on my PC?

‘t it says i will need securety code that they sent me, i keep trying to get a code but they haven’t sent me one

my hotmail was working yesterday 2nd August and i went on to look at my email today on my iPhone and my macbook and it can't sign me in and i have to type in my password i use the password thats already auto putting in and try to login and its not doing it. i haven't changed my password and i tried to recover and i got an email back saying that the information given was not sufficient but the information i gave was all i can remember.

also i need this sorting out before September cause im starting uni this year.

I am not receiving important emails from contacts I have already saved. Please help!

I am not receiving important emails from contacts I have already. It seems every time there is an attachment my hotmail returns the email to sender. They receive a email from email delivery failure and I don't get the emails anywhere, my main account or junk folder... I really need to fix this. Any help please?

advertisements in paid accounts

I pay for upgraded outlook live (migrated from Hotmail) and I am not suppose to have advertisements. I am now getting advertisements at the top of my inbox page.  Three advertisement pictures are at the top of my inbox. Strange Beans Kills Fat, The End of Obama and Attn Arlington Men over 38.  How do I get rid of these?  I am not a tech geek and so need very simple instructions your Mom could understand because I am probably her age and capability.

Is it possible to save an outlook.com email to my outlook.com calendar and then sync it with my android device? If not, is it possible to input the details of an outlook.com email to my outlook.com calendar and then sync that calendar to my android device?
