Cannot send emails. It bounces back with error

I get this error returned 'sometimes' when sending email from my outlook web email to my friend's outlook web email.  I only get this sometimes though. What can be done about it? My friend is worried she is missing a bunch of emails from people if other people are getting this also.

I've been getting junk emails from fb about an account where someone apparently has the same email address, but they also have the same last name as me. When I logged out of fb and went to log back in I couldn't, it told me my password was wrong, so I reset it. Now when I go to log in it comes up with this alternate account which looks like its hardly been used and I can't get back into my own account! What can I do?

Someone else has the same email as me.

I have two email accounts that I knew were being unlinked from my first account.  I tried to reset the passwords of the one but it is now inaccessible through simple password reset.  I also tried to fill out the form but I cannot remember if I created the account when I lived in PA or in KY...plus, my security question answer is not working either.  I would like to call someone and talk to them.  I set up a different account in gmail because I am not liking outlook at all.  Please respond.

I took a movie I made on Movie Maker on old computer using windows 95, The movie saved and will play on my current computer using movie maker and windows 7, but I need to edit the movie that I saved. When I made it I had the titles come across the screen and fade ( I don't know what it is called) I can not find it in the current version of Movie Maker. I need to be able to change the titles. Same with the opening screen.

 

Any thoughts. I am trying to do this for my grandmothers funeral service and am using a video I had made for her birthday in 2008.

Old emails lost forever or hiding?

I recently reactivated an account I haven't used in quite some time. I need some old emails from about 2 years ago for legal reasons. Are they gone forever? Is there any way to recover those emails or anyone to write?

OUTLOOK ASK ME TO VERIFY EVERY EMAIL I TRY TO SEND OUT… BEEN ASKING FOR HELP FOR 6 WEEKS.

FOR 6 WEEKS I HAVE ASKED FOR HELP ...... I GET ALL THESE STUPID REPLYS FOR JETHRO AND SOME OTHER GUY. ALL THE THINGS YOU ASK ME TO DO ARE STUPID AND DO NOT CORRECT WHAT I HAVE ASKED FOR 6 WEEKS.

 

HOW DO I STOP OUT LOOK ASKING ME TO VERIFY MY ACCT EVERYTIME I SEND OUT A EMAIL....HOW DOES THIS STOP?

I HATE OUTLOOK. I HATE MICROSOFT... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ...NONE.  CAN YOU ANSWER THIS QUESTION ON NOT.

 

HOW DO I STOP THE VERIFICATION AT EVERY EMAIL... THIS IS TO TIME CONSUMING.
