Question about Outlook Express

I had emails stored since 2007. For mails that I had saved in a folder I can still see them. I can also see all my old sent emails

Please can someone help? 

My partners windows live will not allow him to reset his password. Any information it asks for is irrelevant because it was only ever set up for xbox live log in - so it wont have any emails in it or subject titles or contacts as it asks! He doesnt know what credit card info to put in as it was that long ago and it wont accept his answer to the security question and have tried in several different formats of it.  It is only now required because of the security on his xbox but hasnt ever had to remember his password and now its been 7 yrs he cant remember the info he put in that far back in order to reset his password. Every time he submits a form with as much info on it as possible it says it cannot recover the account with those details and to resubmit another!!! My son wants to watch netflix on the xbobx but cant even though we are paying for netflix and have also paid for gold membership of which cannot be accessed!!!

On Skydrive I have a reference folder with thousands of images, the majority are illustrated. A few of them display breasts and I've removed them from the Skydrive folders because it was suggested they violate the terms of service.  Would this be true?

None of these are pornographic in nature and are more in line with a photo of a Greek statue or renaissance painting.  

I work as an illustrator and am a frequent Tumblr user, these cloud folders help keep my work and home computer synced in terms of reference.
