Starting about 12 hours ago, I've been unable to send out any emails.  Everything else seems to be working OK.  I get a message that there's a problem with Outlook, not my computer.  Internet connection is good.  Outlook problem area shows nothing going on like this.  Help!
When I try to send an attachment from within WORD it tells me I do not have a mail account associated with it.  How do I do that.  My Outlook is working fine with the Surface.

Has anyone noticed that the reply, reply all and forward functions have changed in their outlook email accounts?  Now I have to right-click on the message to see the reply functions, AND, if I want to forward an email I have to forward an entire chain instead of just parts of the chain individually.  I don't think I did anything to make this happen - has anyone else noticed this??  How can I make it go back to how it was??

I'm using IE with Windows 8.1 (recently updated).  I have the following problems in Outlook.com:

  1. unable to click to select or click delete a mail in desktop mode.  I have to use the cursor up and down keys;
  2. unable to display People page which freezes with the dots going around clockwise;
  3. unable to display Calendar page which freezes with a blank white screen.

These problems don't present themselves in Chrome.

Is there someone out there who is able to help?

Friday Nov 1, 2013 I had pages on incoming mail in my Inbox. The next day I have 0 messages in my Inbox. I do have all my file folders to the left and they have stored emails in them. I have used this account for decades under 1st msn, 2nd Hotmail now in the last few months it changed to Outlook. I have had problems on several occasions. One time I recall that I have 1 or 2 pages when there were 100's before. What's up with Outlook?

 how do i get my oulook.com emails to appear in windows mail an idiots guide please
I have used Hotmail (Live Mail) for a very long time but it stopped receiving messages on all three of my @matthews-us.com four days ago for reasons unknown.  I have read the discussions regarding this kind of problem and checked my filtering and blocked senders settings to insure they are not the cause.  One of my accounts also had a large number of messages in the inbox, sent, junk and deleted folders which I removed.  So far, nothing seems to work.  It is my belief that messages are being sent since they show up in the sent folder and early on some people indicated they had received messages to which they had replied.  In one (but not all) case they received a bounce back message.  I have also confirmed that I am unable to send a message to myself.

I would appreciate any help possible.
How do I move a name from my contact list to an existing group list in my hotmail account?
