Question about Outlook Express

Using Hot Mail when I try to forward like an ad of a special from a restaurant or something like that it bounces. Comes back undeliverable, this has happened with different people with different e-mail accounts from different providers. Could it be that Hot Mail is seeing the message as spam?

Hello, i had an old hotmail.co.uk account i used for a few things about a year or so back. 

When i try to log in it tells me the account does not exist, an i have no option to try an recreate a co.uk one.

I need the email account activated so as i can use it to reactive other old game related forums etc i had signed up to that email....

Could you help me please? 

กำลังพิมพ์เมล์ *** Email address is removed for privacy *** อยู่ดีๆบัญชีก็ถูก block ไปเฉยๆเลยค่ะ โดยมีข้อความบอกว่า มีคนเข้าอื่นบัญชีของคุณและพยายามจะส่ง junk mail ออกไปเยอะทาง microsoft จึงต้องบล๊อกบัญชีไว้ก่อน เราก็เลยเข้าไปคลิ๊กลิงค์ unblock your email และก็ได้รับ code ทาง call เป็นรหัส 4 หลัก ใส่เข้าไปถูกต้อง พอเข้าไปถึงหน้าที่แก้พาวเวิดใหม่เพื่อเข้าใช้งานแก้ได้แล้ว พอถึงเวลา log in จริงก็ใส่พาสเวิดตัวที่แก้ไปซึ่งถูกต้อง แต่hotmail ก็ยังให้เข้าไปหน้า unblock email ซ้ำๆอยู่นั่นอ่ะค่ะ ไม่รู้ว่าจะต้องให้แก้ยังไงหรอค่ะ ช่วงนี้ทำไม hotmail sensitive โดยไร้สาเหตุมากเลย ทำงานลำบากมาก อีเมล์บางตัวมีปัญหาแบบนี้ตลอดทั้งๆที่เป็นเมล์เพิ่งสร้างใหม่เพราะเมล์เดิมที่ลิงคฺกับ hotmail อยู่ดีๆก็เข้าไม่ได้ hotmail แก้ไขให้ไม่ได้ ก็เลยมาตั้งเมล์ใหม่เป็นเมล์นี้ก็มีปัญหาอีก รบกวนเช็คหน่อยได้มั๊ยค่ะ  

Since I am not the only one who cannot access past e-mails through the search e-mails there must be a system problem with outlook.   Who do you contact to let them know of the problem so they can fix it.   

how can i get back deleted messages on hotmail i used i had which is recover deleted messages didn't work with me ?

I just signed into my new and improved outlook acct. The only problem is, it is completely void of anything I'd saved in my hotmail acct.
