When I go to Windows Live Mail I always get the message "Your account was locked because someone tried to log in too many times using wrong email address or password. What does it mean and do you need the same password for windows live mail and Microsoft. I am confused.
For 2 days now, I have been unable to see my personal e-mail at work.  The page will not load properly and the only links on the page that work are help and feedback.  I have cleared my cache multiple times, restarted and shutdown my computer multiple times, tried different computers at work but I keep getting the same results.  I cannot try another browser as Internet Explorer 10 is the only one available to us.  I am working from behind a corporate firewall, but clearing the cache has always solved the problem in the past but not this time.  I never had this problem with Hotmail before we were forced into Outlook.com.  I need to look at an e-mail that older than 30 days so my Android app on my smartphone is useless right now.  THIS IS WHY HOTMAIL USERS HATE OUTLOOK.COM!!!

The error is: "Indholdet kan ikke vises i en ramme. For at øge beskyttelsen af de oplysninger du indtaster på dette websted, tillader udgiveren ikke, at de vises i en ramme".

I have never tried this before.

I have today received notification of cancellation of my outlook ad-free account.  Microsoft tried several times to apply for payment from my credit card but the card was out of date.  As soon as I realised this I tried to update the payment information, but could not do so because a code was to be sent to an alternate e-mail address which was also no longer in use.

On changing the alternate e-mail address the message from Microsoft was that this could not be used for 4 weeks.  I duly waited 4 weeks and then changed the billing information [about 10 days ago] to include the new credit card number, though there was no facility to delete the old number - only to add the new one.

I am now informed that my ad-free account will be closed.

In addition to the actions I took above, I tried calling customer support - fairly early in the morning, several weeks ago - holding on for some 40 mins but receiving no reply.

I am appalled that Microsoft make an operation as simple as changing a credit card number so utterly difficult and frustrating - and treat customers with such disdain.  Even the title of this page is annoying: I don't want to 'create a question or start a discussion '  I JUST WANT YOU TO TELL ME - A REASONABLY INTELLIGENT PERSON - HOW TO RENEW MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS OR HOW TO CONTACT SOMEONE AT MICROSOFT WHO WILL PERFORM THIS SIMPLE OPERATION.  No other company I know of makes things so difficult.

can you help

I just purchased a new computer with Windows 8. I am using the trial version of Office 360, and trying to set up my e-mail account through my local provider Cox. Outgoing mail goes through a POP server, incoming is SMTP. Incoming works fine, but the outgoing server at Cox won't accept my password, so I cannot sent e-mail. Is there an issue with Outlook 360 that won't allow me to sign into a POP server?
Hi.

This was my previous request - http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/admin-signin/this-domain-name-cant-be-used-because-it-contains/9f71f6e5-0105-4183-9830-1d3820491d2c

Like before, you've solved one issue that I had only to create another one.
You've fixed my original issue (see bellow), and now I can create an account for the domain - cumbriahorsetrials.com. But the new issue is that I cannot prove ownership of the domain, even though I set the MX records as requested. You can see in the attached screenshot that the domain's DNS (mx record) is set correctly, but more than 3 days have passed and still the account is not recognizing the DNS and still the ownership of the domain cannot be confirmed, and the email account cannot be created!  Please this is very important that you help me solve the issue.

A quick answer would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

I am new to Outlook, and cannot figure out how to print more than the first page.  The only option, I have found, to print is to click file and then print.  When I try to print anything I just get the first page.  Is there a way to print within Outlook?  When I use others, like AOL  I can print off the AOL screen or though the "File" on windows.

I called customer service and was instructed to place this email.  Can you help?
