why am I unable to print my email letters and documents and why can I no longer send songs to my contacts or anyone......this is not acceptable
Why am I receiving a duplicated email at 31 minutes past the hour. When I send an email, that too is sent to my inboxat 31 minutes past the hour. How can I stop this happening?

I set my own domain to work under Outlook.com and after some truble setting all DNS, TXT and other stuff managed to make it work.
Now my account is working but when I send an email or receive one from any email account using my domain the name apears as:
*** Email address is removed for privacy *** in the name of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (actually in spanish as I'm from Uruguay: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***; en nombre de; Paco Casal [*** Email address is removed for privacy ***])
Can you help me to set it properly and just use my domain name?

Please help. My email inbox stopped working 24 hours ago. I need to communicate. No functions work from my inbox including send, delete, open files. I do continue to receive new emails to my inbox.

How do I determine the name of the PC that has full access to the files in my SkyDrive account? My PC required a new hard drive, and in the process produced (apparently) a different computer name. The files that were stored with the previous name no
longer can be deleted. There's simply no option to do so. But I do not see anything in SkyDrive that tells me the name of the PC which stored the files. I'm willing to zap my entire SkyDrive storage and start again, but I don't see anyway to do even this.
Plus, my SkyDrive is now full. Very frustrating.
The parental lock on my zune account was not disabled when I turned 18. The account my parental lock is registered to has been closed down due to hacking/security reasons. I don't own an xbox to be able to manage the account through that. What can I do
to remove the parental lock from the account as I am now over 19 years old, without using an xbox or the parental account? Is this possible?
I have not received emails for the last five days but can send them! I have no problem with signing in just not receiving any emails!
