Hello my name is Jackoline, Recently I've been on contact with Surface Support as I've lost my password for my hotmail account. we have attempted to reset the password using 2 methods: using call/text and a secret question. I've not received a call or a text. The secret question is not one I remember setting. They have guided me through creating a new account in order to recover my previous one. May there be someone to assist me in this scenario as l do not want to spend hours of attempting to gather my contacts, emails or other information I may need

Everytime I try to sign into my Hotmail it tells me I need to fill out a form to confirm that the account is mine. It asks me things like previous passwords used for the account and folders I have and emails addresses I have sent to and received from.
Ive done this twice already and it tells me i haven't provided enough information to confirm that the account is mine. I have university stuff on the account and I need to access it as soon as possible.

Ever since Friday or Saturday who knows who or what, I have not been receiving any e-mail from anybody at all.
Have been logged in before every day and nothing comes through.
I would like to have my rules changed from 500 to unlimited due to the following reasons:
a) Stress
b) Heahaches
c) Worries about e-mails from others that I am missing. . . . .
Nothing or no setting or things have I touched since the problem started it has been the same up until that point.
