No Option To Send From Verified Alias

I have 2 aliases but cannot send from either - they have both been verified.

It says in this Microsoft article that there should be a little 'down-arrow' next to my primary email address, when composing an email, to select an alternative "From" address...

However, after clicking "New" to send a mail, there is no 'down-arrow' next to my name or primary email. There is no way at all to change the "From" address when composing a new email.

My project in windows movie maker cant be opened

I Finished my project after hours of efforts and i told the windows to save the project' but in the middle of the save it got stuck anf after said that the file is corupted and cant be open in movie maker i still see my project in my docs but i cant open him! what should i do?

rearranging order of pictures

I'm trying to rearrange the order of the pictures I have uploaded to a skydrive folder, but when I go to the page where it is supposed to let me do that, I can not select and drag the picture to place it in the order that I want it. any suggestions?

Possibility of accessing email accounts

Dear support,


Is it possible for me as an administrator for a domain to gain access to email accounts registered at my domain? Our domain belongs to a youth organization, and we want to access email accounts to be able to give better support when supporting users which are youth. The emails are not used for private use, but only for work related to the organization.

I have been hacked at least 5 times in the last 6 weeks

I have changed my password multiple times and installed MacAfee and am still getting hacked.  I don't want to close my MSN or outlook account because I have had it for years.  But I will if I can't find a way around this.  Please share any suggestions you have.  I actually was just looking for Outlook support from Outlook not necessarily trying to start a forum.  Finding help has not been easy.

When trying to print my email only the first page will print.   I tried hitting the three dots and then print all pages ( Which was already selected) the result was still the same. Help. PJ

Prohibited File Type

When trying to open an email message I get the "Prohibited file type" message which prevents me from opening an attachment.  Help!  My updates are updated to today date...11/2/2013.

Where find Skydrive Download for Mac_OSX_Mavericks?

The Microsoft Skydrive Download for Mac does not yet apparently work for OSX Mavericks?  The link goes here:

And downloads nothing.  Is the Mavericks version available?  If not anyone know ETA?
