Hi,

I have never ever had any issues with my hotmail account until today when I tried to logon - I'm seeing this 'it looks like someone else might be using your account' message. I tried to complete this verification form but I just cannot remember some of the details I put in when I created the account and I dont recall the emails I've sent recently. Could you please check these recovery numbers 96755841 and 96753318 and let me know if there are any other information I can provide to you so I can get my access back. This is extremely frustrated. my Hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) has been blocked and I tried filling out the recovery form ( 96752321 and 96030142) but it says I don't have enough information to verify it. I tried to use my alternate email but it expired and I cant access it anymore to get the recovery code. my alternate email that I use now is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. please help me get my account unblocked.

Will “sent from” address show the allias or the primary address?

Hi,

 

I am using an Outlook alias email and try to show that email to the recipeint instead it shows the primary email as the "from" address.

so the primary is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and the alias is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. When people receive email sent from the alias it shoews as comming from the primary@outlook,com, how can it show as comming from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***?

Hi,
I'm getting the message "Call Us Overprotective" on one of my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** accounts.
(This is the message that requests you to enter where to send my code then prompts me to enter my code)
I tried on my home computer and on my iPhone (going through Safari) but get the same message. If I go in on my iPhone via the exchange server I can access it.
Other @live.ca accounts work on my computer.
Since I get the same message on my iPhone as I get on my computer, the issue can not be related to any MS patches or anything specific to my computer.

Can you please help.

I added a new primary address to my account (another hotmail address)

Now when i log in i keep getting a message saying we cant access outlook right now

Please can someone tell me why?

How do I ge tto view my old emails again and complete any verification if I cant see my emails?

My account "no longer exists". I have tried the validation which comes back as failed. When I tried to resubmit the form is came up with an error.

I do not know why my account was cancelled and I do not know how to get it back.

I need get my email back today as been waiting since wednesday 07/09/2013 as my email been hacked. I have done recovered form and telling me iv not gave them enough info which i filled all in the box. I am profoundly deaf and cannot use phone so use email instead. i really need this email as got so many important emails. please i need my email back today. Very disappointing with not getting any help and css not response back to me after waiting over 24hrs. 

I changed my Hotmail username, now I receive emails and spam to the new username. How do they know it?

Also I receive invites from users that were in my Messenger list, but they are delivered to the new username. How do they know the new username? 

how to cancle my outlook.com subscription?

There does not seem to be an option to cancel my subscription to outlook.com and cancel my recent payment.

Only option is to request Microsoft to call me back. However when I try to input my UK phone number, it insists changing

the telephone country code to +972 which is Israel. but I have not lived in Israel for over 10 years not and don't have a phone

number there, but cannot update this on my account.

Microsoft customer service please change my country from Israel to UK (see the card details are UK too) and please cancel

my subscription to outlook.exe and cancel my last payment as it's not been 30 days yet.
