in outlook i receive attachments that are in pdf but when i open them they open in word. How can i switch this to open in pdf and set it as

How can I merge two separate email accts together, and still keep the same names?
Before I found out that I could add another email address with an Alias, into my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account, which was upgraded to the Outlook, I opened another separate account. How can I merge that acct. into this one???
I want to keep my original acct. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as the Primary. The other acct the secondary alias, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I noticed that it is causing me problems when I try to log in to one then the other, as well when using my cell phone.

The error I receive is Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now\
and I have reported it several time since it started the day before yesterday...I need to check my emails.
It is also giving me the same error on mobile too
Since Wednesday we have been unable to access our hotmail.co.uk emails.
When we sign in we see the following:
You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect email address or password.
We are convinced we used the correct email and password combination, it is our primary company email we use everyday to communicate with clients. We followed the 'Can't access your account?' link and filled in the form twice, the 2nd time taking care to
fill in as much detail as possible. But each request was rejected. We have filled in as much information as possible.
We need our account back! We are using our web designers MS Account and email to raise this problem and are happy to answer as many questions as we can to move the process forward.

I am trying to copy a list of email addresses (separated by semi colons) from a word 7 document into the bcc panel of an email. I use Windows live mail. I have done this in the past but now find that the paste function is not available in email.
I have read a previous post which suggests ensuring that Silverlight is enabled which I have done.
Can anyone advise please?

I have noticed more and more recently that my inbox will randomly clean itself out automatically. This morning, for instance, every e-mail I had saved in my Inbox (roughly 10-15) so that I could look at them at a later date (such as shipping information
on items I ordered online, online coupons and gift cards, etc.) had been cleared from the Inbox, which is now completely empty - and I know without a doubt that I did not delete these e-mails myself. This is not the first time this has happened to me either.
I have checked my "deleted" folder and have even preformed a recovery of deleted messages several times. However, because the e-mails in my Inbox were never deleted in the first place, they do not show up in the "deleted" folder after the recovery. This
has happened to me several times now, and each time it causes me to lose MANY important e-mails.
So I guess my question is whether or not it is even possible to somehow recover these lost e-mails from my Inbox that Outlook is automatically clearing without my consent?
