the subject matter of the emails listed in the outlook.com module of my home page have disappeared
since I down loaded 8.1. I have tried all of the outlook settings without success.

Why do messages keep going to my POP folder instead of my inbox? Is there anything I can do about it?
I am receiving a serious amount of spam mail in my junk folder and keep going to sweep and block, but it is not working , i woke up to over 200 this morning and been goin on all day , what is causing this?

For security reason I guess, the Microsoft Team asked me to reset my password because my account was temporary blocked..
Microsoft send me an e-mail (in an other account of course) to reset my password but when I click on the link provided to make it, I always got this message: There's
a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.
It's been a week now I have this problem and I don't now how long it will take or how can I fix it...
Please help me, it's very boring and it seems that there's nothing I can do...

It recently cost me 400.00 because I thought it was my issue. I am again not receiving e mails and how are you going to help me if I can't receive emails !!
Outlook is signing me out about every five minutes...even WHILE I'm reading an email. What's wrong?
Why are jpegs classified as dangerous in Live Mail? When I try and receive them, they are blocked.
I use MacMal for email with two email addresses and am thru BigPond with Telstra and was wondering if anyone could tell me why one email address deletes POP folder automatically when I have the setting "remove copy from sender Immediately" activated and
the other email address does not.. I have to go to the BigPond (Telstra) website and manually delete all my emails. which then go to the DELETED folder and I have to delete them once again. Does anyone else experience this problem please and can anyone assist

I lost a huge number of files from skydrive, and they are not in the recycle bin. I need the account/storage restored to 10/22/13. How can I get this to happen?
In reading through other responses, I saw this one to Marsha Jo and wonder if it could help me?
Please provide us the folder name and three sample filenames of the files that is originally there to help us with the investigation. You can also walk us throught the process that you are doing when you encounter the error by providing us with a TraceMe log.
Refer to the steps below:
1. Sign in to SkyDrive.
2. Type the URL https://storage.live.com/traceme in your browser address bar and navigate there.
3. Set up a trace for calls against my data. First make sure the AutoFiddler box is checked, then click on Start a new trace on my calls link.
4. Copy the Path that is shown. This is the log information that you will need to share with us for analysis.
5. Wait for the counter to count down for the trace to begin (about a minute).
6. Navigate back to SkyDrive and run through your problem scenario within 10 minutes of starting the trace.
7. Send us the path from step #4
I have an Outlook send only account. I want to change it to send and receive.
How.. where do I do this ? Do I have to delete the send account and start over ?
