I apologise if this comes through to the wrong thread but i have gone through every avenue on the website searching for an answer or correct support contact. Basically I had an email address this was hacked so i spent
a good couple of hours this morning creating a new account and forwarding all important messages to this account. I then went through the motions of deleting the old account and deactivating the email. It asked me to choose a reason and enter my password before
it would work. I did this then logged into the new account to find it had deleted the forwarded emails and account there too! i was not asked to put in the password and wasnt even logged in so now have lost the emails that were important in complete error
of the system. I would like to know what microsoft suggests as i feel it is an error of your software

I've recently got a Skype in Outlook.com rolled out and it works great apart from working via corporate VPN and Proxy server.
Basically I don't see Skype contacts when I connect to the network via corporate VPN and refresh Outlook.com/People/etc web page.
However there is a workaround. I can chat with Skype friends being logged in into corporate VPN only if I quickly change the setting in IE to Corporate Proxy in order to browse the web and won't refresh the web page with Outlook.
If the web page is refreshed being logged in into VPN then the Skype contacts dissapear...
Interestingly that Skype contact and Skype icon move back when I am disconnected from VPN and refresh the web page again...
Do you have any thoughts on this?

I have no idea how SkyDrive works.
I wanna make a folder with videos and pictures but just want one person to be able to view this.
How do I do that?
I just find the "Share with everyone" as option.
I wanna do this with Outlook.
I will use Outlook.com because I switch laptops and can´t stick with an app.
That´s why Outlook.com works best for me.

I have been locked out of my account for the last few days due to "someone else using my acccount". I assume this means my account has been hacked?
I've been asked to verify my account to recover it and completed the form on a number of occassions. Can I speak to a human as this is frustrating and I need access to the account asap.
