Outlook – Microsoft Authentication

Yesterday, I couldn't get into Outlook. A page came up, asking for reprise of my authentication details. I was to submit my phone no. and whoever it was was to send me a passcode so I could continue using MSN. I didn't, so it's given me a 7-day countdown.

I must know - is it really MSN?

Hi Amira,
My hotmail account is blocked every time I tried to log in massage pop up saying my account has been used by somone else. I tried everything to make called support team or submit forms to unblock my email. No luck. I have told to  open new account. I don't remember the answer of my security question everything else I remember still fail to unblock my account please please please help me 

Last I used my account 1st August and 2 August my account blocked I was on my holiday needed to print my boarding passes to fly back. Iwas so annoyed, frustrated, panicked and very angry .  

Is there anyone who can help can't find outlook or msn support direct number

I’m not receiving emails to my PC Inbox, though they are received on iPad Inbox

Emails sent to me are not being received in my PC Inbox, or the Inbox accessible by the web.  However they are received in the Inbox on an iPad, and they are being received in at other email addresses they are sent to.

Not sure what is stopping the email from making it to my PC - emails are being sent successfully from there.

Mail is not staying in INBOX.

I have NO mail in my inbox. Everything is going to my DELETED folder. I cannot save anything because it is then periodically permanently deleted. This happened when I used a different backup email for verification purposes. I have since removed that email address but I still cannot get mail to stay in my INBOX. Please help me get my INBOX mail back!!!!!

conversation threading emails missing

I appear to have completely lost some emails that were turned into conversations by this new Outlook interface.

Some of these emails contain vital information, in fact one of them is an offer for University, I have now completely lost that and there is no trace of it at all, not even any trace in sent items of my correspondence!!!!!

I have gone into settings and now turned off the conversation threading.

Hasn't made the emails reappear though. It is as if the emails never even happened, wiped from inbox, from sent, not even appearing in deleted items.

I need these emails back and I need them back urgently!

I sent up a hotmail email account for my daughter, so I can send her emails throughout her childhood for her to read when she is grown. The emails I have sent her are in my sent messages but I cannot find them on her account anywhere. They're not in her inbox, junk folder, archive. I don't know where else to look or what else to do. I'll be heart broken if they've not been sent.

Outlook, Word and Picassa….skipping and deleting info without selecting it

My Outlook email is acting strange..... even my Word is acting strange.

 

When I select one email to delete, press the delete key, it will also delete the next email which has not been deleted.  I could be in my INBOX or JUNK emails and this is happening.  Not sure if I could try to restore my computer back if that would help?  It is very disturbing because I have important work emails that are all of the sudden deleting so I am having to count all of them in my INBOX as I delete just to make sure I immediately go searching to recover it from my deleted box.

 

It is also harder to 'select' a word or sentence to copy and paste as the highlight ability is very jumpy and not 'sticking' on the selected words. I have noticed this happening in my Outlook email as well as WORD.  HELP!

 

Also noticing in PICASSA....as I have downloaded lots of pictures that every time I open it, it starts trying to IMPORT pics from my harddrive.  As I view pictures in a slideshow, it is not SKIPPING almost every other one.

 

ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS started at the same time about one week ago.....anyone out there able to give me some ideas of how to fix??  Thanks!
