I have lost access to my microsoft account because i can't remember my password or the answer to the security question. I need to know my password is there a way microsoft can tell me or reset or something. i really need to access it. I've tried doing
the form but i don't remember anything on the account it was just used as a parent email for xbox live it wasn't used at all
I updated my HP envy tablet to Windows 8.1.
The SkyDrive icon no longer appears in the hidden icon window and clicking the SkyDrive icon on my taskbar no longer loads the SkyDrive.
I previously set up SkyDrive on the tablet to synchronize a limited number of folders that I might access from the road because of limited storage capacity and the need to control data use with my mobile Wi-Fi/hotspot. (Outlook 2013 presents a different problem!)
It appears that I can no longer control the folders that will sync on the tablet. Is this true?
If I can limit the folders that will sync, how can I do it?
If all folders will sync when online, this could be disastrous for tablet and phone owners who use SkyDrive.

This is a Dell PC running Windows 7 with Family Safety version of Build 16.4.3505.0912.
Because this PC is in the common area, there is no PC restriction, game restriction, time restriction. Only thing turned on is activity reporting and web filtering. The web filtering is set at "Online communication (basic)",
the most liberal setting that blocks adult sites.
My child mostly uses Google Chrome. The top 2 sites used are youtube.com for listening to music and schoolloop.com for his school stuff.
He can be doing his homework and listening to some music, and then suddenly, Google Chrome will report it cannot open page (connection reset or such message). Chrome browser cannot connect to schoolloop.com, and cannot connect to youtube.com. And maybe
10 or 15 minutes later, it will come back. And a little later, maybe everything will stop again.
Using IE doesn't help, either.
The machine has Windows Update enabled and permitted to auto-update. So updating is not an issue.
I can ping schoolloop.com, but webbrowser traffic is being blocked. With another laptop next to him, I can visit all these sites he needs to do his homework. It is very obvious, something is wrong with Microsoft Family Safety to exhibit this kind of behaviour.
This has really rendered it impossible to use the computer, defeating the purpose completely. My child has to use our computer loggined in as adults to do his computer work.
Heard of such intermittent connection reset / blocking problem before from other users? How to fix such problems?

Utilizo dois emails da Microsoft: um é live (este que estou usando agora) e o outro hotmail.
Porém, fui tentar entrar no meu hotmail hoje e não consigo de jeito nenhum! Eu coloco a senha correta, mas ele diz que parece que tem outra pessoa querendo acessar minha conta. Ai ele pede para enviar um código para o mesmo email bloqueado que não consigo
acessar (burrice) ou para eu colocar informações para que ele perceba que sou eu o dono. Meu email é muito antigo, não lembro como eu havia preenchido as informações e além do mais, utilizava ele só para receber emails, não enviar.
Enfim, não consigo acessar de jeito nenhum. E preciso muito de um email que está nele! É ridículo eu ter a senha, sempre acessar esse email e agora bloquearem ele. Não sei o que faço mais. A Microsoft diz que as informações que dou são insuficientes para
confirmarem que sou o dono do email..

I can't log into one of my microsoft accounts. All my information like my xbox live and credit card are on there. I don't know my password and everytime I try to get a password reset code it won't send and I do not know the answer to my security question
and I apparently do not have enough info for the security questionairre. Someone please help me I would be very grateful.
can't seem to find a phine numbe to call about this issue.
When I select forward, all that happens is that I get the message Sending. This keeps on going fora very long time so that i end up not sending the message.
However using other mail programs everything works fine. Any ideas as to why this is happening

I work for a not for profit animal rescue group who wants to use skydrive and we need to add our 30 email accounts for individual sign on to skydrive, I can only create 3 accounts a day is there away around this?
