When trying to send SMTP emails to hotmail accounts from our server we are getting the following undeliverable responses:

correcting a web address in outlook express

When I go into my Outlook Express I have started to get an error message as follows:

'This page can't be displayed.   Make sure the web address https://blu002.mail.live is

correct.

Have tried resetting this to the correct one but nothing happens.

Please advise how I can reset the web address which is the one I use

PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!

I have tried everything that has been suggested by the community and NOTHING HELPS. I've even used the link to ask for private help but NO REPLY!

I need to get access to my account which has years and years of addresses and important things in files relating to money etc.

I AM SO DESPERATE I FEEL LIKE DOING MYSELF IN!!

I have posted a question and now cant find it to see if there are any replies.

Incredibly frustrated,I been locked out of my email account.I have created a new account just to get a response from an  actual person.I have tried the  reset page but can't remember half the details from so long ago. I mostly send emails to myself-(from ipad) regarding  study material for my university work. I've attempted too many times and now i have to wait 24 hours to try again....ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD FOR SAID HACKERS TO GET A GOOD HEAD START!
It really needs looking at this system at first I wasn't sure if it was even Microsoft who were asking for my bank details on xbox live(no account) and my old passwords???Please could someone contact me to help me take this account back before any damage is done.

Dear sirs,

I have been using windows live mail for many yrs  but suddenly it stop sending or receiving the messages. I have removed the Hotmail a/c  and re-installed the windows live essential , add the Hotmail a/c  over 100 times, but it gives same error - 

Windows live mail is synchronizing this account : ERROR ID: 0x8DE20003

Kindly advise how to resolve the issue.

Hi.
Sorry for my poor english.
Someone keeps using my mail though (I think) he has not access to my email.He is spanish,so i keep getting non sence spanish mails.it is getting worse and worse ,as i have started to get mails from microsoft,saying i tried to recover my hacked email (that it isn't mine but has is similar to my address).
facebook is sending a ton of unwanted mails of this "someone"'s account which i have not confirmed.
i tried changing my password eralier.it didn't really help.
i don't think that someone has access to my mail.no mail is read and nothing is sent and nothing is forwarded automatically.
plz help.
And can't you,microsoft, send all your mails english? the spanish non sence is really irritating.

Hi All,

I am trying to send and receive my Outlook.com email in my Gmail client

Here is the latest status

1. Receiving email - Receiving email using pop3.live.com and working correctly!

2. Sending email from GMail - NOT WORKING smtp.live.com does not work. The following error when I try to setup mail being sent to my oultook.com email via smtp.live.com

Authentication failed. Please check your username/password. 
[Server response: 535 5.2.1 Login to your account via a web browser to verify your account. code(535) ]

Please help.
