Outlook is telling me my old account is blocked [*** Email address is removed for privacy ***]  I have reset the password multiple times with the alternate email, but it continues to tell me it's "blocked".  The most confusing part is that when telling me to continue (Your account has been temporarily blocked
Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk messages or done something else that violates the Microsoft services agreement.
What do you need to do?

Hi

 

My hotmail account has been blocked and I am uanble to access it. I knew the password but it seems someone has changed it.  The only problem I have is that this account was created well over 15 years ago.  I have filled out the questionair but as I have not sent any recent emails I cannot supply all the information.

 

I truly need to gain access to this email.

Receiving emails a day late

My emails are been recieved the day after they are sent and  not shown straight away.

There is an error message in my settings saying it will be resolved soon, but this has been happening for a while now - any idea how can I resolve?

You’re currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can’t be used with Outlook.com.

Hi,

I'm also having this 'standard' problem. Only it's my faculty's edu address. I have followed all the steps that everyone suggested but nothing helps. The thing is when I go to outlook.com/MyEduDomain and put in my email and password, nothing happens. No error, the page just refreshes and I have to type in the password again and get in a infinite loop.
Different browsers, different computers and InPrivate browsing doesn't help. I've tried all of them.
I can access SkyDrive and portal.microsoftonline.com, but I can not access my edu mail.
Can somebody please help?

Need to creat more than 50 accounts

We are using bmi.berendina.org domain name and we have observed that 50 user accounts are not sufficient for us so,appreciate if you could please increase it further at lease 500.
