Once clicking on the Messaging icon which is on the right top of the SkyDrive:
1. The whole message history will be loaded for each person (Others, like Outlook, People, and Calendar, will only load the last message for each person)
2. Even the person got deleted from the contact/people, the message history still exist for that person in the Messaging of the SkyDrive; but others, including Outlook, People and Calendar, will not show the messaging history for that removed person.
Hi,
I am a very frustrated customer to say the least. I have had nothing but issues with the my Wiindows 8 phone. I am not able to log into my Hotmail account on my phone, but can do so via O365 or SkyDrive. I have request security code to be sent to me via text and I received nothing and than I tried to have it emailed to me and nothing again.
I had a live chat with one of your support people and their able to send me a support code via text, but not a account code. They stated there is something wrong on the backend.
Please don't tell me to do a hard reset! I cannot afford to lose my information for the 3rd time. Why is there so many issues with the Windows phone?
I would appreciate a response immediately. Not sure what their is not number to call? It seems its a way to avoid dealing with the consumer....poor customer service.

I am a long time user of hotmail, i have been using the service as my main email for years. I have now come across the message "it looks like someone else might be using your account". I followed all the instructions to try and recover my account with what information i could but its an old account which doesn't have my most update information. However i tried my best to answer the questions.
I got a response rather quick saying that my first attempt had failed. So i tried again with some more information which i thought would be better and expected to hear back within the 24 hours i was told to wait. It has now been six days, nearly a week since this problem had happened with no reply. Now before anyone from Microsoft or whoever else says have you tried password recovery, the answer is yes and again it has been more than 24 hours since it has been sent. I am using an alternative email to get answers from Microsoft and I have to use my father’s email address to sign in just to post this!
Any suggestions with be most appreciated!
