After i did my pc cleanup yesterday using bitdefender, I can sign in to my outlook.com live account.. However, all the icons and backgrounds are missing..
I tried to 'View page info' in Mozilla Firefox and under the Media section, things like (https://a.gfx.ms/OLFav.ico) and (https://a.gfx.ms/OLHdrLogo.png) are with unknown size and 0px x 0px dimension..
I tried using all other browser like IE and Chrome and end up the same thing.. I could not click on anything except sign out..

I've deleted about 6GB of data since last running SkyDrive, and now it's all being re-downloaded. How can I stop this from happening?

What I can see they are written in half form if you know what I mean
I am receiving e-mails with attachments several hours after they were initially sent (sometimes as much as 24 hours later). This just started happening 2 days ago. I sent myself a test this afternoon at 4 p.m., and I still have not received it (it is

i can sign in from pc, but cannot from ipad. I was prompted by the system to verify email, but secondary email account does not longer exist. When i try to enter into account i only get into settings section but cannot see emails!
In my three children's Outlook accounts, they cannot send emails to anyone other than a handful of relatives. I suspect this is a block left over from when Microsoft Family Safety allowed us to control the addresses they could mail to. But that feature has been removed, but it feels as if the "blocks" are still in place. This leaves us unable to use their accounts to mail to friends, teachers, etc.
Can someone help me remove those blocks?
The symptoms are very clear:
1. In any of the accounts, I can send an email to my own or my wife's Outlook account. These are addresses we permitted some time ago in Microsoft Family Safety.
2. Immediately thereafter, if I try to send an email to another address (e.g., to my work email address which I never "permitted" back in the day), the email goes right into the Outbox and sits there with no error.
3. This happens on both our iPhones, iPads and PCs; so it is not related to the browser, any cache issue, etc.

HP laptop is taking a long time to load in Outlook. I've reduced the size of the photo but is the right process.
More importantly, I absolutely cannot upload any kind of photo on my cover page of Facebook.
