All my emails seem to be missing (I was on hotmail), which is frustrating. My mum passed away last year and I cant access emails she sent me... I cant access log in details for sites I've visited, or itinerary for holiday plans, or my work contract which I need for a mortgage application...

FIX THIS PLEASE!!!

outlook 365 notes not in outlook.com – How can I view them?

I created a file for quick notes in office 365 outlook on my windows 7 machine and it works great, but I am unable to view those notes from outlook.com or from my android phone.
Is there a way to use something that can view and possible edit this notes folder.

I use OneNote for my larger items but for quick todo's etc.. I would like to use a less cumbersome product when my work pc is just an XP with IE on it and it takes for ever just to load onenote.

Hi all,

I want to have an secondary e-mail adress for my Microsoft Account.

But instead of using @outlook.com I want to use my own domain.

So, I signed up to "domains.live.com", and set up my domain for microsoft services.

I can create new e-mail accounts, however I can't add them as secondary e-mail adress for my current microsoft account.

It gives this error: Bu e-posta adresi live.com, hotmail.com veya msn.com gibi ayrılmış bir etki alanına dahil. Lütfen farklı bir e-posta adresi girin.

English version: This e-mail adress is inside a domain like hotmail.com, live.com or msn.com Please type another email adress.

I tried adding secondary e-mail with and without creating new email adress from "domains.live.com"

I also tried changing my primary e-mail adress

It gives this error: Microsoft hesabınızın e-posta adresinde @example.net kullanamazsınız. Lütfen farklı bir e-posta adresi deneyin.

English version: You can't use @example.net in your microsoft account e-mail. Please try different one.

Please help me about this. I need to add this domain to my microsoft account.

better datacenters

what microsoft needs to do is have better datacenters like run all servers on linux servers instead of the ones they have start upgradeing all of there datacenters to better that outlook is much better and they need making outlook run on microsoft silverlight and put a better thing to run in its place instead of haveing to have microsoft silverlight installed on your computer because im pretty sure users are gonna start useing outlook again im pretty sure gmail is gonna be shutting down too because google don't care about users privacy so microsoft just build linux server to run outlook.com instead of stupid silverlight maybe thats why everybody keeps complaining about outlook.com because your runing silverlight as the server and maybe if you had better datacenters and linux servers you wouldn't be losing alot from outlook.com

microsoft account is locked

when I try to sign into my Microsoft account it has locked me out. i wasn't able to verify normally but i was able verify with the account recovery process. no matter what i do it still gives me the same response. I need help unlocking my account.

I need to remove my security proofs from my account but i cant access my account because it is locked. I believe this is because i did not comply within the 2 week period by updating or verifying my password and email combination.

Since my account has been verified by the account recovery process and i reset my password 3 separate times i have still been locked out of my account. Can someone please help me unlock my account so i can update my security proofs and continue using my account.

Skydrive doesn’t work properly

Hi, I own a Nokia 920.

I have a skydrive account and it used to auto-upload my photos to it.

A few weeks ago something strange happened. When I opened my skydrive account on the web (through my pc) all the photos were gone (they weren't even in the recycle bin).

Other than that, when I take pictures on my phone an upload error appears: "couldn't upload. Tap to retry". No matter how many times I retry, the photos won't upload. All of my skydrive albums on phone are empty too.

I reset my phone, tried to upload different photos separately, tried to upload photos straight from the skydrive app on my phone, but nothing helps.

Is there a solution to this problem?

live.com contacts don’t sync throu Exchange Activesync with iphone 5

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2013 and I no longer can sync my contacts via icloud. I have read that icloud control panel does not support outlook 2013, so I have been trying to sync using exchange activesync using my live.com email account. This not worked either. So I have two questions. First will exchange activesync work between iphone 5 and outlook 2013 so that contacts can be viewed and changed in either outlook or iphone and updated in the other? Second, how can I get exchange activesync to work between outlook 2013 on my laptop running windows 7 and my iphone5?
