Outlook Error: problem signing in

When I tried to sign in using my regular hotmail account I got the error: THERE IS A PROBLEM SIGNING IN.  I created a new account so I could post to the community because nothing is working in my regular account.  I have lost all my contacts because I can't access anything.  I can't send, receive or upload in my account even when I manage to sign in.  My regular account is a paid account but I can't make any changes to my account.  This is happening in all browsers, on different devices.  I've tried clearing my cache, my browser history, everything.  Can you help with this problem?  I need that account!

I am still using the email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and know I need to change to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. What steps do I take to do this and how can I more effectively profligate the change to friends and family?

As I do every morning, I tried to sign into my Bell Mail account, but this morning it set out that I could not sign into my account.  Although it does ask me to log out, so I'm not sure how to fix it.

Please help:  My Outlook hotmail, there is no drop down manu arrow sign beside upper left corner of Outlook logo; as a resut, when I click the logo of Outlook, there are no such as Outlook, People (Contact), Calendar, and Skydrive screens show.  Thank you in advance.

I have a new laptop running on Windows 8, with Windows Live Mail 2012 installed. I used it smoothly without problem till now, where the pop-up shows:  

“Windows live Mail could not be started. It may not be installed correctly. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of Memory. “

The disk is not full, as it’s a new computer.  Please advise what to do and how do I still read the old downloaded mail. Thanks.

removing/adding gmal to WLM account

My Gmail account is not working correctly in WLM.  A friend originally added it, so I don't know how to do it myself.  Could someone please give me step-by-step instructions on how to remove the gmail account that's there and then, to add it back.  Please do not omit even one basic step.  I have absolutely no tech-sense.
