    Email Account

    I'm having a problem accessing my msn email account. The last updates are early last night on the computer. This morning there were new emails on my phone yet all is wiped off the phone. How do I get my updated emails..

    It is August 14, 2013 and my hotmail account is completely down. Why? Where are all of my messages and folders? I use it all day everyday.

    My Hotmail account is completely inaccessible:  on computers, smartphones.  Those devices will not even acknowledge a Hotmail account of mine.  The iPad announces that the server connection is unavailable. 

     

    This has been going on since at least as early as 11:00 A.M. EST.

     

    My husband has a Hotmail account and his access is undisturbed.

     

    Why?

     

    Where are all of my messages, folders, contact, etc.?

    I did not give approval to switch me from hotmail to outlook.  I don't want outlook.   Outlook has been inoperable all day so I can't access my hotmail.  Hotmail never had this problem.

    Why can’t I change my Gmail account to my Primary Alias, despite not having it as a secondary?

    I want to change my Primary Alias to my current email address but receive the error message that it is not available.
    I know for certain that I have no signed up for a second live address using this email address, and clarified by trying to sign in with, again receiving an error message (this time regarding its non-existence)
    Any help would be much appreciated

    I am sick to Death of outlook being offline. They say they are working on the problem and it will be ready by a certain time, but they dont tell you what part of the world that is. This has been happening too often.

    This is probably a stupid question ... but how do I locate the Groups I already had set up in Hotmail? I've looked all through 'People' and yet when I enter a group name it says it already exists....OK....WHERE???
