I started an alias for my young daughter to experiment with her own email. I think she's ready now to be a little more
independent. How do I change her secondary alias outlook name into it's own account?
I can't attach PDF files to my outlook emails.
error msg says " File exceeds your attachment limit" file size is only 606Kb and I have no problems attaching other file types that are much larger
Outlook won't allow me to open my drafts or incoming mail. I cleared my temp files and history but did not help.
They have been having problems all day.
In sudden, I was denied an access to the hotmail. What the **** is that. I want to know why? You need not to respond because I cannot open the email. Right? Damn you.
Is this some kind of cia or nsa update thing? You say

Don't they realize that people depend on their service? Microsoft really blew it this time.
And the sad thing is you can't even call anyone. My sympathies to all of us hotmailers

I've been trying to open attachments all day and the problem hasn't been resolved.
I will look elsewhere for better service, this is the worst service I have had since it went directly from Bell to you. I have been without all day today!!!!!
Also since it went from Bell to you I cannot open my attachments, I work from home & need a better service provider immediately./
please explain to me or Microsoft of the situation occurring saying I might have issues syncing email with your mobile device. I DONT HAVE A MOBILE DEVICE THAT HAS OUTLOOK! I HAVE A IPHONE!!! AND ITS NOT EVEN SYNC WITH MY EMAILS! so wth is going
on fix this asap bc this is ridiculous.
keeps saying I'm not in sync with my mobile device, but I don't have a mobile device linked with my computer. I still can't sign in. Why?
