it tells me something else is trying to open.  how do i correct

This is not the first time I am asking about the poor performance of outlook. My out look takes forever to open.I have to troubleshoot several times and it never finds or solves the problem. So every time I open Outlook I go through a long process and have to open nd close it several times to finally get it to open.

When I finally get it open, it gives me problems to open the mail. It delays and delays and delays when I am doing any operation in my inbox.

This happens, on the three (3) laptops that I use. So I am sure that it is a problem with Outlook, or its settings. This is about my 4th time bringing this to your attention and it has never been resolved. HELP!!

I am running Windows 7 Professional.

Envio com cópia pra mim mesma  e dá relatório de  erro

Windows 8.1 Skydrive “Stuck”

Goodday

I have recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 and my skydrive appears to be getting "stuck" when I make files available offline. Please hlep - it has been donwloading 51708 items for a while now and my internet connection is un-firewalled and is fast!

I am a paying subscriber of Skydrive and am seriously considering moving to another online storage vendor if I fail to help some assistance from Microsoft.

amending folders & sharing

I have no issue uploading pictures from my phone to skydrive, but after that i am unable to move them to a folder, to create/delete folders, and to share them.

none of the functionalities seems to work, whether from my phone or my tablet.

always says "sorry, there was a problem. Please try again in a few minutes."

and i ve checked the network and each time it seems fine. And i can always upload pictures.

Where do my alias email disappear to??

I have set up an alias email address which seems to be working, but as soon as I have read them, they just disappear!!!  I have searched through all of my folders but they are no where to be found.  I have lost some really important emails so am pretty miffed.  I always check my emails through Microsoft Outlook and still have  @hotmail.com addresses (not sure if this makes any difference).  Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening??  Kind of defeats the object of creating an alias address in the first place....

Syncing My Documents Folder with Skydrive on 8.1

I'm fully aware of the technique of re-directing my Documents Folder to the Skydrive folder on my hard drive, but my Documents folder also contains all this stuff (put there by MS and third-party programs)

So the Parent folder that has the Location Tab contains all these other folders - my data is contained in the three folders in bold.

How can I move my data folders into the Skydrive folder such that they retain the default location for Documents without the rest of the folders being dragged along as well?
