Hello ,under the sign-in window where you click to put e-mail and then password is where my problem is.
when i click to put in e-mail the e-mail address of previous user's come up and i would like to erase them and only have my own show up,
please help me with this,thank you

Which I do, then it takes my to this page;

As you can see the country/region is hard set at United States. I'm not in the USA, I'm in the UK. I have checked the locale settings for both accounts and they are both set as UK.
How do I get the system to accept my UK credit card info? I don't want to abandon my sons account as he has purchases linked to it on Xbox Live.

I have a new laptop running Windows 8.1
I cannot set up my BT Yahoo emails to 'send and receive' in Outlook. Outlook would be my preferred means of using an email account.
I have carefully followed the instructions on the Outlook setting up a receive and send account many times, but keep getting the error message that Outlook cannot connect to the internet. I have tried with the internet open and also BTYahoo open with no luck.
Can someone please give me some simple instruction on how to set up this Outlook account to send and receive emails from my BTinternet.com email account
