Can’t access hotmail !

i created my hotmail account before 1-2 year before. After that i was not using that account. But now i need to open my hotmail urgently.
But i forgot password, when i try forgot password it asks a recovery email and then asks some questions about my email account, like,
1)old passwords
2)last sent email's subject
3) created folder

Actually after i created that account i didn't use that, but now i needed that account to reset password of facebook. So help me.Because someone hacked my facebook account. so help me immediately please?

Are you a fee paying customer, of Microsoft, does your personalized domain email work, if no then jump on and let’s try and get them to honor their contract

I have been unable to receive mail on my personalized (Hotmail) now Outlook account, reading the posts here I am not alone, it is notable that nether Microsoft or Melbourne IT are taking ownership of this problem. I encourage everyone in a similar situation to respond to this post and we will see what reaction we get with an increasing post count. 




I am posting this in the hope that someone can tell me how to contact Microsoft to get them interested in fixing a wide spread problem with receiving mail, on outlook. This issue would appear to only affect people with personalized domain names, usually small business owners. Melbourne IT the common hosting service say they have not made any changes and that Microsoft need to fix whatever problem they have. It appears that  the only Microsoft help solution is this community which does not appear to have been able to get Microsoft interested in correcting the issue. So does anyone know of a way to contact Microsoft direct. The problem started around October 30 and continues today. Any help contact email telephone numbers for Microsoft support would be gracefully received not only by me but by everyone affected by this problem. (Microsoft not this an issue this is a real problem which is causing harm to some of your clients ) not to me I just do not have email but the small business owners are hurting and it is time you fixed this.

Shared a file, now I cannot see the ‘Permissions’ button to unshare?

So I shared a file as a test, just to see what happened, and to make sure I could then unshare it.

I cannot.

If I go to the file and click Sharing, I can see the name of the person I have shared it with.

If I click that person's name, it shows their profile, with 'Can edit' below. But below that, is just a button saying 'Close'. I cannot see any buttons saying 'Permissions', nor can I simply uncheck the 'Can edit' box.

Can anyone help? I'm not going to use Skydrive to share things with people if I cannot then unshare them.

This is all via the Skydrive browser app, through Chrome, in Vista.


Not receiving emails/multiple sent emails in sent folder – outlook.com

Hi

Since Tuesday 29th of October I hadn't been receiving any emails in my inbox. I tried to delete a few emails to see if this fixed the problem, which it did temporarily but emails stopped flowing again within the hour. I checked my sent folder to find some more emails to delete and noticed it was resending emails I'd recently sent again at regular intervals, say every 5-10 mins, but these emails aren't actually being sent to any of my contacts. There were about 10 emails all showing as being sent about 20 or 30 times. I think these messages are using up my hotmail capacity and preventing me from receiving emails.

Can someone please help me stop my account from showing these sent emails so I can start receiving messages properly again please?

How to import contacts

My email account got blocked saying that someone else was trying to use my account. I couldn't retrieve my account and had to set up a new one. Please can someone advise me whether it is possible to retrieve my contacts from my old email address and import to the new one that I have set up.

 

Hotmail/Outlook Keeps sending the same message 3000 times

Hello i recently went into my hotmail and noticed the same message had been sent over 3000 times to one poor unfortunate person, its a little embarrassing really, i thought maybe i had been hacked so changed my password but it is still continuing, god knows how the recipient is copeing with all the e-mails please could someone assist.

Time Zone

When setting up my account I inadvertently selected the incorrect time zone.  All my emails sent \& received are all with the wrong time and in some cases the time is critical.  How do I go in and change the time zone to our Ontario time zone setting?
