HELP!!! Where are all my emails and why can't I export my contacts? I used this account for business and now I can't find important emails!!!

my email is ( x.x.-_-.*** Email address is removed for privacy *** ) .. and I am not receiving any emails
please help me ..
I set up a new outlook.com email account today.
I can send an email from that new account.
When I send a test email to that new account from my existing account I get this send error message:
Status: 5.0.0 (Permanent failure - no additional status information available) Remote-MTA: dns; mx3.hotmail.com Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
However, the email is delivered BUT it is delivered to my existing email account NOT the new outlook.com address to which it was addressed.
I know I have set something up wrong but I cannot see what I have done wrong.

I am unable to send an email with an attachment; I get a pop up saying internet explorer stop working.

I am not able to access or reset my Windows live e-mail. I have been trying intermittently for the last several months. I no longer have asses to the 'recovery' email account I used I originally set up the account as I have since graduated from the university.
I have tried multiple times to fill out the form to receive a link to reset my password. Apparently, I am not including enough information or the information I am providing is incorrect. (It maybe as simple as accidentally hitting the wrong number in my birth
date.) I have called Microsoft support and they are not able to help with a resolution that will give me access to my e-mail account. (Even though I can provide identifying information.)
This e-mail account is attached X-box account so I can not even access x-box live. I have tried intermittently for the last several months to access this account. I do not want to give up. I NEED access to my account. I would sincerely appreciate any insight.

Suddenly, Emails from Holdsport.dk aren't received in my mailbox, neither inbox og junk mail.
I've defined "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" as a trustworthy contact.

I keep getting this message on and off. It happens with only one particular email, but it does not happen constantly. Sometimes, the email that I am sending messages to works just fine, and the at other times, I get this message "Delivery Status Notification
(Failure). As I have said before, it only happens on occasion and usually it'll fix itself after a few weeks or so, but it is annoying and frustrating for both myself and the person who I email. Does anyone know why this is happening, and if so, how it can

I have tried to add my wife to the family safety site. Every time a request is sent out, but from there it gets very confusing. When we click on the link it takes us to the family safety internet help page. There are no step by step instructions and this

As I can't receive e-mail, how will I know when/if someone responds?
I have been sending out to the same group for over a year. Suddenly the message pops up "cannot send due to typos". No specification...how am I supposed to know where the error is amongst over 150 addresses? How come I could send messages to these contacts
before?
Appreciate quick feedback since I am on a deadline for a retreat here.
