I continue to get this error message every time I add the domain name, I do own this domain name and can verify it accordingly.

The domain in question is hackett.net.au. From what I understand, this is quite a common issue.
I have been told using a messenger client I can view my status updates but what is this, is it a sort of app or something? And how do I get it or get to it?
I have two hotmail and one MSN account. In past few days when I go to log into one of my hotmail and my MSN account I get message saying I have to enter a code that was set to my back up email in case there is problem and I need to get passcode sent to
my other account. I have requested the code many times, and none is never sent. I know both account are working as I can sign in and there are messages from every one else! However Outlook cannot seem to get your act together and send me the code it say
I need for both accounts and I have to enter. This is all suppose to happen in the never few days. I am doing my part, but sure seems like MS/Hotmail/Outlooks has issues. Seems that MS took something that worked well and redesigned it so that it is suppose
to do more, and yet does less and sure does not work like it hyped up to do.

i tried to make a new alias in outlook which accidentally deleted my main hotmail account?!?
I read on some other pages that i can recover it, but i tried and it just says "mail does not excist" but I KNOW it does!
again... I TRIED the service to reopen the account, says it doesn't excist...
Please help me - i have all my examns on it!!!

After three glorious days of attempting to close (Delete) my Microsoft account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) it seems the company just doesn't want to let me go, which to be honest is being such a pain in the backside. All I now want is for a somebody to come along and DELETE my Microsoft account and everything attached to the account.
Now before we begin with the pointless instructions as to 'How to close your account' I know how to close my account, I don't have any security setting, attached devices, I have no payments or MS points of any kind. When I type in my password to 'Close' my account I get the following message.
'Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes.'
Okay so that's the issue your saying, Server problems, don't worry that's what I thought as well. so I did as asked and waited for like a couple of hours and tried again, same message. I tried again a day later, same message, I tried again TWO days later, same message, I tried again this morning, SAME MESSAGE. (I would also like to point out during this time I was checking the Microsoft service status online, and it stated the service was 'running normally').
So what do I actually want? Well after three days of trying to delete this account I would like a Microsoft Tech/Rep/Support Agent/Anybody, who can actually DELETE this account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and it's attached accounts to just, please delete it.

I have a problem verifying my email account. When i sign in to my email account, a message below shows
"It looks like someone else might be using your account
To help you—and only you—get back into *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, we need to verify that it's yours."
So, i clicked next and asked Microsoft to send me a security code to my alternative email account, which is also a hotmail account. However, there isn't any security code sent to my alternative email account. I have checked both the inbox and the spam folder and any other folders. I have done these steps about 5 times. There is just nothing in there.
i also tried another option which is to fill-out the questionnaire. But i could only answer a few question about my personal information and thus i was not able to submit the form.
Therefore, i chatted to 3 customer support staffs from Microsoft support, they asked me to submit a request to the team. I submitted a request yesterday and have waited for more than 24 hours. Until now i still have not got any reply from the team. So, i post a question here and hope someone can help me with. I have much important information in my email account and need to get it back urgently. Please, Help!!!!
I am not able to sign in because it goes to a page saying 'call us overprotective' and asks me for a code. I do not have one. It has an email address for me where it says it will send me a code but the email address it has for me is wrong so there is

I suspect someone else using the same email as my email alias.
The email in question is one of my @hotmail.com alias (in hotmail, you can add several email aliases). Recently, I got some facebook's new account confirmation emails. Without me confirming that email, I later got a number of facebook's friend request
for that account. It's seems that someone else using my email alias to open a facebook account and he can successfully confirmed his account with my email.
I keep getting his facebook activities coming to my email for a week so I decided to reset that facebook password and login to his account. I found that he is using my email alias as his primary email in his facebook account. I tried to post on his wall
let him know he is using the same (or wrong) email but still no response from him so far.
Today, I got a new gmail account confirmation email originate from the same person/email.
At first, I thought he input wrong email by typos. But after seeing that his facebook account can be created as well as gmail account, I suspect that there might be something wrong with hotmail alias system. Like accidentally allow duplicated email address
be created?

I currently own the domain mdretail.in .It would be greatly appreciated if you could increase my account limit to a 150. We are a relatively small and new company and we would love to use outlook as our email solutions.
