Yahoo link lost again … MS website is using the wrong Yahoo address

Yahoo POP dropped again. Last July it took me 5 wks to fix. Outlook .com is using the wrong server address. and I when I fixit I am rejected.

 Windows Live 2011 fills in  the right addresses. 

Please don't reply unless you have an answer regarding the server address. The correct  Yahoo Plus server addresses are : plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com  &  plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com

 I will not go back and forth with forum users and moderators that have no ability to fix your web code!

Continuous pop-up on the bottom of my E-mail page

I have a continuous pop-up in my Outlook which states "Access and edit files whenever, with SkyDrive integration in your Outlook.com in box" which I do not want and do not know how to stop it from popping up.  Can you help me please?

Hi, I simply wanted to know if it was possible to regain past hotmail IDs and passwords; there is one particular address I would like to claim back which I had used as a primary address for an online game but cannot remember its exact name. Would it be possible to receive their names via a private message somehow? My Email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I am trying to send an e-mail from Hotmail.co.uk to many addresses from my address book. The email is in my sent folder but has not been sent/received? There is an exclamation mark at the end of the address to line, what does this mean?

Yesterday I went into my Hotmail which apparently is now Outlook.  All my emails and contacts are gone.  Most of the emails are very important. 
How do I recover my email and contacts?

With this new merge/unmerge.... pin code thing... it doesn't seem to matter what I do, it keeps asking for this code # and locking me out... it there a way to shut this off.... the only way I can get into my mail accounts right now is by my =fingerprint reader, which due to surgeries doesn't always sensor that Im there... any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
