I'm trying to add an exisiting email address as a Microsoft account alias and every time i enter it in i get "this email address is already taken. Please try another." But i already have that email. I'm not sure why it won't let me add it.

I joined skydrive a few weeks ago and nothing has been uploaded. what have I done wrong?
I have the SkyDrive app for Mac otherwise correctly installed and running on my iMac. In the Preferences, I keep having to check the box to "Open at login," but it keeps periodically forgetting this setting. Not every time I boot, but seemingly randomly.
I cannot detect a pattern for when it will forget this setting. The problem occurred when I was running OS X 10.8 and also does now under 10.9. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still happens. Any help?

An email domain i have configured is blocked by Hotmail. It is not blocked by any other provider nor is it on any block sender list. I have all relevant SPF records, reverse DNS and matching banners yet we are still blocked. the domain is feast.org.au.

I have been trying to reset my ps3 password for a while now, every time I select reset password it says email sent, I have done this many times and I still haven't received an email from SONY. My account for my ps3 has my Hotmail email and with this switch
to outlook I am wondering what the issue here is, I even tried adding a couple of contacts the SONY help contacts told me to. I did so and still haven't gotten anything from them. How can I go about receiving these emails? I have also not received emails
from other contacts, this is pretty bad.

my daughters accounts were hacked by an ex boyfriend.
We have been trying to recover them for the past few days without success.
We have emailed Microsoft support, tried online chat who suggested reporting as profile abuse.
We got a reply back from them, who said after reviewing the information etc try here.
I don't want to post too many details in an open forum.

I registered my Office 365 with a yahoo account and Skydrive with my gmail account. Everything works great on my computer. I recently added Office 365 to my android phone. When opening it needed to ne associated to my yahoo account but it will not access
my Skydrive. Is there a way to change one of the accounts so I can access my documents?
