When i was using the Mail option on my Samsung Devices it seems that my account got block and every time that i'm trying to log in to it it that that i need to verify some information in order to check if i'm the owner, however when i tried the option
that send a code, that option sent the code to my own blocked e-mail... how come am i going to check that code if the e-email still blocked? and when i use the other option that allows you to receive a code to your cellphone number, it never comes. Is there
any way that i can contact through any chat or something with the technical support regard this since i need my account like ASAP ! since is the one that i got linked to Twitter and Facebook and some other services

I have searched on this topic and they all end up in a being dealt with privately.
I had both Hotmail.com and Outlook.com loaded on Microsoft Outlook 2010 using the Microsoft Outlook Connector.
Today, I decided to move my e-mails from Hotmail to Outlook.com - it seems to work as I started seeing these e-mails on Outlook.com. Soon I realized that the "sync" process was over but only a tiny fraction of the e-mails had been transferred. The rest of the e-mails have disappeared from Hotmail.com and are also not on Outlook.com.
I had simply dragged the folder (Inbox, or "Personal" or "Family") from Hotmail to Outlook.com.
I really want to retrieve my e-mails - accumulated over many years.
I never deleted any of the e-mails and am at a loss. The "Recover Deleted Items" button in the Outlook bar is greyed out.

We would like to know more about the issue you're having. Can you please confirm if you can sign in to your account or you can sign in but cannot share files? Can you login through http://account.live.com/? Does the same issue using other browser and PC? Please verify which part you are being asked for a verification code.

I use outlook.com to check my external emails. It has been working fairly well but stopped 3 days ago. It has done this before, but it always corrects itself. This time it has been 3 days & still can't get it to work. I tried deleting & setting it
up again. I tried deleting all cookies, and browser data, deleting, & setting it up again. I tried downloading windows live & it won't work in there either. Please help!

I have not received my mail for four days; I know mail was sent. I cleaned out my in box in case it was too full ;Now my inbox is empty, and still no mail.

I had a saved draft(long letter) in my hotmail account...I went to work on it today, retrieved from drafts and was typing and it removed my entire document and typed the one word I was trying to add to the document. It then saved with only that one word
and I can't find the complete document. How can I retrieve a draft, as it was saved earlier today, or yesterday?
