I would appreciate if you can please advise the reason why when I send an 1 email it shows in the bottom R/H box sending 1 of 2 emails ????

My main concern is that someone is having all my emails going to their email box along with whoever I am sending to

I also feel this person has control over my laptop and would just appreciate if you can advise where I could look to see if someone else is receiving my emails

Outlook.com delete buttons not working

I am using windows xp sp3 and have had continual problems getting outlook to delete messages and then problems getting it to clear the delete folder.  At times the forward button also has problems.  have tried cleaning my system, repairing my system and none of it seems to help.  The system (outlook.com) would be great if those buttons would work.  Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

Videos and sounds wont open

I've been trying to upload  my videos and sounds into my movie but it wont work. I really need these videos and sounds to be implemented in my movie as soon as possible, if anyone has any answers it would be greatly appreciated!

 

*URGENT* local copy Skydrive not syncing after Windows 8.1 update

Hi,
I just upgraded from Windows PRO 8 to 8.1.  Now my local copy of Skydrive is not syncing to the cloud.
This is really important as there are 8 users requiring access to some of my (changing) files.

There is no issue with the cloud based Skydrive being access via a browser, just the local copy of the files are not syncing up

I can open the local copy files with MS Word, MS Excel or the required program and save the changes.  
But the changed files are not being loaded up to the cloud.

There is no problem with my Office installation.

I see some other people also have this issue.

What do we need do to fix this and get the local copy of Skydrive talking with the cloud based copy?

Please note I have some 10GB of files in my Skydrive Documents.

I can not get my iphone to verify my email address and or password to my main email account that I use, while I can still set up by secondary email account. They are both outlook/hotmail accounts with identical settings, so I do not understand why one works while the other one does not. the error message I get when I try to set it up as under the "outlook" option is "cannot verify account information". When I try to add it us as "other" the error message I get is "The user name or password for "pop3.live.com" is incorrect"  Can anyone please help me??

I have been receiving disturbing emails saying that my hotmail account will be terminated. I am asked to respond with my email address and password. I was told NEVER to give my password. The sender has a weird email address crayfish @ hotmail. I quickly looked and was then afraid I was opening a virus. Please advise. I really depend on having access  to my email. 

Outlook.com does not allow you to reply to Skype IMs from Invisible Contacts

Hello,

 

When an invisible Skype contact instant messages me, I receive the message in Outlook.com, and on Skype for PC.  However I cannot reply to that IM from Outlook.com, as it says the Contact is offline.

 

In Skype for PC I can reply to an IM from an Invisible contact so it would be great if Skype functionality was the same in Outlook.com.

I am adding email accounts to my live.com account and when I do the verification under “tasks” it shows the new accounts are cancelling
 
Why?    I need these new email accounts and have wasted hours of time trying to figure this out

Hello,
i tried logging into my hotmail acct few months ago...though i knew the password it logged in.. but couldnt access my inbox... it asked me to fill up a questionnaire..to make sure i was a genuine user.  but i could not recollect my old passwords or the answers to security qns..
after submission of form ... i got a display that after verifying i'll be able to access my accts.. which never happened as i never got a response from microsoft..
luckily i remembered them on the 26th oct and tried logging in to my acct n now it does redirect to my inbox.. but cant find any of my old emails recieved or sent.. though contacts are intact... my inbox, sent items, drafts everythin is empty. 
pls help me in recovering my old emails... need them utmost... please help
