I have an email account that ends with .net and was initially supported by MSN.

 

This account appears that it is no longer supported on their server.  I have another entity, Melbourne-IT that says they can support this but that I need to contact MSN to obtain my MX records.

 

What is the contact email, chat or phone at MSN to obtain this information?

 

Or, is there a way to hook up these two entities to get this taken care of?

 

I have lost all ability to receive emails for the .net account as of 3 days ago.

Skydrive and Htc DNA

When I save pictures from my skydive to my phone, I receive a message saying the image was successfully downloaded to my SD card. Problem is my HTC DNA phone does not have an SD card. How to I change where skydrive is saving my pictures? or how can I find those downloaded images on my phone?

MY account has been hacked, I have tried all of Microsofts recommendations on reseting the password. AND NOTHING! Why can't I call someone and verify my identity? No one at Microsoft cares because its a free account. PLEASE HELP.

Deactivated Email, I Need Help.

I made a Microsoft account when I bought Microsoft Office for my computer, the email I used at the time was in use. I constantly check the account. One day, I check it and the account has been, apparently, deactivated. Now, I can't receive any notifications from Microsoft if need be. I have tried changing the email address but, I guess I'm not very computer savvy. Like, at all.

My computer is stuck because I do not know the password for Outlook.  It was an account I set up solely because  needed to to install MS Office when I first bought my computer. MS support is asking for verification of my account and asking for all sorts of details about the account that I simply don't have as I never used it.  Now they are saying they can't help me because I can't provide enough information.  Please any help would be appreciated.
