I'm trying to link two hotmail accounts, but the link on the 'trying linking your accounts' page says 'Can't find that page'. Please could I have a link to the page so that I can link my accounts please?

Up until two days ago, my account was working perfectly. However, I recently began receiving spam in my INBOX, despite the fact that my inbox is set to EXCLUSIVE.
They are all from different email addresses, so I cannot set a rule to send them to my junk mail folder as you have suggested to other users.
The fact that I never had to worry about spam was one of the reasons I liked Hotmail/Outlook (I've had this account for many years with few to no issues.) Please fix this issue!

instagram has reseted my password and I have sent it to my email but im not getting my password reset email from instagram. I checked junk and even my blocked sender. can someone please help I want my account back ASAP.

My hotmail account is set so that I can only receive mails from people in my contact list in my inbox but since yesterday I have been receiving a lot of junk mail. How can I resolve this problem without closing down my account?
I was automatically switched over to Outlook from my Hotmail account. Well that's ok, I am learning to use it and getting used to it. I like the "alias" feature for making a more "normal" email address to give out to my kids' schools, which I did.
Ok now, I am having stuff sent to my email from someone that apparently has the same email address as this alias address I created?
I got a confirmation from Domino's pizza, in a different state, for this person, and she does have the same name as mine and is apparently using this email address. Question, is she also getting MY email in HER inbox?? How do I figure out if this is
her just maybe listing the wrong email address, or if this email address is being allowed to be assigned to us both?
I can't figure out how to actually open a support ticket with Outlook to get them to investigate, this is the closest thing I have found. Based on some of the questions I have read, I am afraid they are severely lacking in support altogether and may not
even address this issue I am having.

I have set my hotmail account to exclusive and it has been fine, but this morning I got about 6 unsolicited emails from Casinos and loan companies that should have been blocked
Has there been a problem with Exclusive settings - and if not, what might have gone wrong?
