my email is sending email with attachment to itself

Recently had 2 emails, stating from me, to me, with my full email address as sender, titled with date , time and document. Document shows on opening page, but illegible writing on what looks like an official form. It says to download, which obviously I won't do. First one dated as sent when I was on computer, second sent in early hours last night when computer and modem were switched off. The sent folder in outlook does not show them.

 

Worried some virus has got in, any ideas ?

The account is locked,as it needs to be verified.But to verify it, I have to follow the instructions they sent me. But its hardly possible to go in the account to verify it. Although my explanation is a little hard to understand but, SOMEONE HELP ME!

How do you get into Groups?  The arrow next to "All" has gone - it used to be so easy with Hotmail - does anybody test this stuff.  Bring back Hotmail please.

I cannot open my outlook.com mails.

While I login the microsoft account, it always shows "There's a problem signing in" and no further issues.

May I know how can I read my mails?

Can’t sign into my live account, it says incorrect email or password when I haven’t even changed my password since I’ve signed up?

Hi I am contacting you in regards to my live account which has all of a sudden prevented me from signing in, it stats that I've entered the incorrect email and password, but how would I have entered the incorrect email or password over 5 times and once being asked for the security question, I've answered it correctly but suddenly it writes that this 'service is unavaliable...'
Ive already filled out the form to prove that this is my account but I still haven't received any feedback. 
Need help urgently?

My Hotmail account was hacked and now I can’t login

I originally tried to login to my account, where I was informed that someone else was already in my account. I was then sent to the security section, however most of my security questions had been turned off except for my old mobile number (which I no longer have). So I had no way of resetting my password. I then fillled in the required form, however was told that I did not fill in enough info 

"Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership of this account using the information you provided. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of your personal information very seriously, and we are committed to protecting the personal information of customers."

My problem is that is all of the info I have. I never created folders, I don't remember who I have emailed recently, and I don't remember the subjects of my emails (I never assumed I needed to memorise this info, as I thought I would have it in my email).

I have never had a problem with my account prior to the outlook merge.

I have been using Hotmail since 2000, and have a lot of very important stuff in there (e.g. I have tax, payslips, booked flight details, online orders, jobs etc.)

I really need access to this email
