I can log into hotmai but once there, I can not send, open or draft any new e-mails.  This has happened overnight and has also happened to my husbands Hotmail account.  I have tried logging into a different wi-f and it still won't work.  I wonder if it is something to do with my laptop but it seems to be a problem specific to Hotmail.  Any help gratefully received.  Many thanks

I already googled about this (or binged - hehe) and saw that I am not alone with this "error", but I cant find any public solutions for it.

I am using my own domain in combination with outlook.com - I have set up email forwarding from my other freemail accounts (web.de/googlemail/gmx.de) to this outlook.com account.

Now it sometime occurs, that emails are not getting forwarded. I cant see a logic behind this. 95% mails are getting forwarded and 5% are getting rejected.

Then I get a error:

SMTP error from remote server after transfer of mail text:
host: xxxxxxxx.pamx1.hotmail.com
5.7.0 (BAY0-PAMC1-F1) Unfortunately, messages from (212.227.15.19) on behalf of (facebookmail.com) weren't sent. The domain's message authentication policy prohibits delivery

Please help me to fix this :(

A recap: my account has been 'temporarily blocked' for something someone has taken exception to on an unshared skydrive.  Fine.  Blocking the account with no warning or appeals process seems a bit drastic to me, a simple customer, but hey, it's your service.

I am simply trying to find out if it is fixable or if the account is gone. 

If it's fixable, please tell me how.
If it isn't, can you let me know that please?

Please don't just tell me my account is blocked.  I am so very obviously aware of that thanks.

I'd already tried getting something definite out of the support links before resorting to posting here on the off chance someone could get me an answer.

I opened new tickets, but they don't actually read what you write and simply told me that my account was blocked then close the ticket.  
When I managed to actually get a 2nd response from one ticket and the chap told me that he'd helpfully re-checked and the offending content was still there, as if I could magically access it WHILE MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED.  Duh...

I'm definitely inferring gone from the responses since I don't believe 10 or 11 agents could fail so badly at reading, but it'd be nice to get a straight answer.

I'm not sure who to contact, and really cannot find where to contact someone about removing a mysterious address that keeps adding itself under my accounts security. I've tried removing it a month ago or so, gave the right information to get it removed, but it never got removed. I even linked my account with another of my email address to retrieve any information if it gets hacked, and now both have this account under it. It says to wait a month and it will be removed, I even have my mobile number for security reasons, but it doesn't help at all. Like I said before it was supposed to be removed long ago but it never did. I really would like some help on how to skip this monthly wait because there is no way the account that keeps adding itself is mine, and can provide even further proof to confirm my account, like I said the unknown email even added to my other account after linking it.
