how do i retrieve a response from my request on microsoft support? I have tried going on the link but it just reverts me back to the original correspondance I have had. is there some where you sign in to retieve the answers?? my email account has been hacked and need to find out how to retrieve it asap.

Hi, i have a 200GB skydrive account but i cannot upload (using Win 8.1 and desktop app) MTS files for more thatn 150MB ... i see a message "files too big".

can you help me?

i have about 135GB of free space available and the data i plan to upload have a total size of about 13GB.

Sync files from Skydrive to local storage

After upgrade to 8.1, SkyDrive had to re-sync files from SkyDrive to local storage (despite them being there already but now under a folder called SkyDrive.old). The sync process has stalled - showing 2418 files to download. I can't seem to get past this message. How do I resolve it? Some of the files actually seem to exist on local storage that it claims to be trying to sync.

I have had an older MS account with an alternative email-adress. The MS account I deleted months ago, but I get calendar notifications about holidays to my email adress.....


The MS account doesn´t exists anymore, how can I delete this notifications?

Or could you please delete this internal at your system?

Tried logging into my account today and got this error, I tried everything but they keep telling me that they cannot confirm my details therefore I cannot access the account unless I put in more information. I put in all the information I have but still nothing

How do I get my account back?,

I have an ipad and have set up an account with microsoft and also have an email account with Apple. The emails I receive on my ipad are not transferring onto my laptop account although they are both registered in my settings on my laptop?
Any tips.

Why can’t I see emails from amazon ? Not in inbox or junk mail. No problem on their end.
