Why do I have to each time put in my name and address when I am logged into my account and want to order items....

Only recurring events will print. Also, regardless of printer settings, my calendar will only print in black and white -- no color.
my hotmail messages in my inbox are being forwarded to another account on a mac laptop and no longer show in my main hotmail acc. after 7-8 days How can I recover all of the forwarded messages and stop them from being forwarded to the other programme?
I have just had to send some photographic evidence to my insurance brokers in connection with a claim I am making. One of the originals of a pic I needed was a bit risque so I cropped it down using Irfanview so that only the relevant portion of the image
was displayed, attached it to my e-mail along with a number of other pics and sent it off without a second thought.
Today I received a standard reply from the insurance company which showed thumbnails of all of the images I had attached to my original mail in a ribbon at the top of the page where the option to view as a slideshow or download as a zip is. To my horror
the thumbnail of the cropped picture I had sent them still shows the full original uncropped image (!!) even though when I click on that thumbnail the actual image displayed is the cropped versiont.
How can this be allowed to happen?? The image was cropped for a very good reason and attached in its cropped form as evidenced by the version which displays when I do click on the thumbnail. But the thumbnail has really compromised me. Surely it should
display as a thumbnail of the cropped image not as the full version of the original image otherwise what is the point of cropping out sections of the original at all? I am really, really angry about this so any and all replies are welcome.
How can i retreive all my contacts which i has with hotmail, before switching my account with microsoft ?. (it's been over 30 hours since I switched.... how much longel do i have to wait?

Me and many others are asking this and your answers have not worked. Want my FB friends removed from my contact list in Windows Live Mail. Sounds simple but... i've unlinked FB, I've cleared cache, I've changed notifications in FB. What else??
